We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with the delivery charge. We appreciate that seeing a winning bid of £10 followed by a higher delivery cost can understandably be frustrating.
Our delivery charges are separate from the auction hammer price and are based on the delivery requirements, destination and whether the goods need to be sent as a parcel or pallet. The delivery estimate shown on listings is not necessarily the final delivery charge, which is confirmed once the purchase and delivery requirements have been processed.
We always provide the applicable delivery charge before dispatch so customers can decide whether they wish to proceed with delivery or arrange collection instead.

Hm... Where shall I start?
We won 2 pallets of flooring and bathroom tiles.
We have just moved houses and we have forgotten to change the address of the delivery. There was a mess with all consigments and overall was such a stressfull situation... but Jess help to sort it out... and beacuse of her everything went just fine;) we have just recived first consigments (bathroom tiles) and it look spotless! They will put items on the auctions…
They will put items on the auctions either it is faulty or not. I got most of their item faulty so I will give them one star. They always have a reason for auctioning faulty items. They wont post the real picture of the item. If you will bid of thier items, just hope for the best and be very prepared for the worst.

Our auctions clearly state when stock is sold as unchecked and untested, and the condition and nature of the stock can vary. We do appreciate, however, that receiving items that do not meet your expectations can be disappointing.
Send items out completely different to…
Send items out completely different to what you bid on and then refuse to answer many phone calls and emails, managers answering calls state only Jess can sort issues and Jess will not respond to emails or take any phone calls, after many calls and emails looks like I’m going to have to take to small claims court. Would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t risk buying from them. They have claimed they didn’t receive emails though suddenly found them while on the phone after a long wait, I started having to copy another email in to prove they had them, then offered 20 percent refund for items 100 percent not received and ignoring emails and not once had a reply without a phone chase which always takes over 20 minutes to answer and have had to call them many times since delivery, complete waste of my time and money. Not worth the risk as a small business it’s too much time, hassle and money to lose. I wish I had read the reviews on here before buying! Lesson learned! Just hope I can save someone else the hassle.
In reply to below lot numbers have been provided and a detailed email with images of items received in error -for example received an indoor side table and a 2 seater sofa with a dangerously snapped metal arm ( only good for the bin) what I was expecting was a large corner garden sofa and a rising fire pit table and a garden parasol-items sent are completely incorrect and nothing like what has been purchased obviously sent in error from warehouse, still awaiting response for last emails? Happy to take review down if correct items are received or refund made?

However, we do need to clarify that the difficulty in resolving your complaint has not been due to a refusal to communicate with you.
You have not provided a clear list of the issues you are disputing. You have provided stock codes rather than lot numbers, incorrect auction details, incomplete information on the complaints form, and information across multiple separate emails. This makes it extremely difficult for us to identify exactly which lots you are referring to and investigate them correctly.
We have also experienced your emails being directed into our spam system because you have been contacting us from different email addresses, which has contributed to some correspondence not being immediately visible to our team.
We are happy to investigate genuine issues, but we need the correct lot numbers, auction details and relevant information to do so accurately. We have repeatedly requested this information so that we can properly investigate your concerns.
We do not agree that your concerns have simply been ignored. The information provided has unfortunately been inconsistent and incomplete, which is why we have been unable to resolve the matter as quickly as you would have liked.
