This is definitely a scam, please do your homework before attempting to buy from these, the first time I bid and won it was three little item's, obviously there are other charges and that's fine, the item's i won got delivered, the second time I won it was for a petrol lawnmower and a mixing drill, I also got the item's really cheap too, only this time they apparently never had my address (even though they delivered to my address before) I was told that only one of my parcels was delivered back to the warehouse and if I wanted them again I would have to pay another £120 delivery charge. The original charge was £60 which I was happy to pay, this stress and loss i have had is a result of me not doing my homework and because of that, this company scammed me out of £130 all in ( winning lots, vat charges, delivery charges) so please be careful

Dont use these stay far away has possible they wont have your back if any auction houses selling you goods due to wrong information on thr advert now having to taken it to court

SCAM!!!I have recently been scammed by bidspotter I won the bid on huge extra large pallet of Amazon FBA pallet goods can include toys tools furniture home wares gift wares tech clothing and much more £408.24 I also paid an additional £96 delivery and all they turned up was 3 small cardboard boxes full of empty metal draw boxes absolutely worthless in fact it’s cost an additional trip to the dump. So please do not make the same mistake bidspotter mislead buyers it is a scam and the same goes for EAMA and Supreme Auctions as I have purchased orders from both company’s through bid spotter and all orders turned out to be worthless junk! SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!

Had a issue with one of the auctioneer on their platform (Supreme Auctions).
Who had take money for items won, but did not send them.
Had made a claim with my bank, that was upheld, after Supreme Auctions accepted it with the Bank.

As a fallout from this, Supreme Auctions had taken retaliation/ vindictive action, in suspended my account platform wide. Preventing me bidding with other auctioneers on the platform, that i have not had any issues with.

All trust is lost with BidSpotter.co.uk, to act fairly. There actions is to protect Auctioneers that fraudulently keep money, and not send the won lots.

There are a good number of Auctioneers on this platform, that are good, but there are some criminal Auctioneers (Supreme auction) that BidSpotter are protecting.

Use this platform at your own risk, check the reviews for any Auctioneers on this platform before you start to bid.

After reading all these terrible reviews, I'm more than convinced these people are scammers, I have a solicitor working on this at the moment, and I'm now going to report them to the fair trading standards, it would help me to get them either struck off or get them a hefty fine for scamming people, if you put down I've been scammed,and area your from I can't put my email down as trust pilot won't let me

I signed up to bid stopper, but cancelled (Unsubscribed)the account weeks later, It just was not for me. In the meantime they are still sending me loads of junk mail daily. Just (STOP) sending me this crap, as I am not interested, regards.

Terrible, avoid at all costs. I bid £500 on here for Honda sickle mower and then the fees made it £720.
When I got it the engine would start but backfires, blades were rusted up and had to be freed. The blade almost came off on first use due to missing and slack rusted bolts and then the starter pull cord snapped. Some of the internal pulleys were held but cable ties too. A complete waste of £720.you have been warned!

We budded and won a Range Rover last week as we found it on the last day and couldn’t view it we phoned swift assets that it was listed on before it ended asked if the car had any engine lights in good runner was told yes all straight very good cars hammer price £3100 sent one invoice they wait for u to send that then the whack you for another £2450 and are then trying to force you to have it delivered say it’s only £160 to Blackpool when you say yes they try to get £298 + vat out of you !! Then threaten you when you phone up to complain !!! Avoid this company

my experience with Swift Assist Ltd and an individual named Alex. My interaction with this company has been extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and financially damaging.

I purchased a Mercedes C-Class through Bidsportter for £5,670, trusting that the vehicle description and the seller’s representation were accurate. Unfortunately, this was far from the truth. The car I received was not as described and had multiple issues that were either not disclosed or deliberately misrepresented. It was clear that the vehicle was faulty, and the condition did not match what was advertised at all.

When attempting to address these issues, I dealt with a representative named Alex, whose behavior was extremely rude and dismissive. There was a complete lack of professionalism, respect, and willingness to resolve the situation. As a customer, I expected at least a basic level of courtesy and support, but instead, I was met with poor communication and an unwillingness to take responsibility.

Bought a car only to find out it was a CAT S STRUCTUAL wright off with small print on pages of the listing as on V-CAR (didn't know what this was )
refused to pay then auction site called and threatening to take legal action action against my company that wasn't even registered with bidspotter .
spoke to Lewis who had a aggressive nature stating i should have read there terms and conditions which were about 6 pages long ..
agreed to pay as Lewis said if i pay invoice storage fees would not be incurred if i collected the next day this would clear invoice so paid then to my astonishment was told this vehicle could not be collected until PART 2 of the invoice of another £4k was paid !!
because we paid the first invoice we then had to pay as lewis would not refund the £8k we already paid

to top this got the vehicle back to find it had a very bad repair done and now in body shop on a jig and having new subframe fitted and new wiring

I bid on a car, he told me that the car was in perfect working condition and I could collect it on wheels even though I chose delivery. I bid £2,500 and told him to tell me the total price. He told me £3,300, I paid £3,300 then he sent me an invoice £1,400+£230 delivery. I said why didn't you tell me the total amount first. I wanted to give up and out of the £3,300 he gave me back £1,300 and £2,000 for the inconvenience of giving up the car. I saw that they wanted to cheat me, in good faith I paid all the money almost £5,000 including delivery. after a few days the car arrived with PROBLEMS…IT STARTS AFTER IT ROTATES FOR ABOUT 30/40 SECONDS, THE COMPRESSION IS DESTROYED PLUS THE ENGINE IS BOILING, THE MECHANIC SAID THAT THE ENGINE IS DUSTY AND THERE IS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. I REPORTED THE PROBLEM AND WAS SURPRISED THAT BIDSPOTTER BILLED THROUGH ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEN CLOSED THE COMPANY. THE CAR IN THE PICTURES LOOKS LIKE NEW AND IN REALITY IT IS DUSTY, BENT, SCRATCHED AND THE ENGINE IS DUSTY, I CALLED THEM BUT THEY DON'T WANT TO TAKE ANY NOTICE OF ME. SOME THIEVES WHO ARE CHEATING THE WORLD.
