if you want to waist your money then buy off this auction site . most goods are damaged returns , often not fit for purpose . when you have a complaint you have to go through a computerised portal that say tough luck. I had the wrong goods delivered and was told not there fault . I won on a lot that was pictured and described as wave minus decreaser but was sent wave plus increaser which is not the same product as they claim . Will now have to seek legal advice . why can they just admit that the wrong pallet was dispatched

While I recognise this is an auction house, with the usual caveats, I do not expect misleading descriptions on individual products. I bought a tower fan, which was described as 'boxed'. To me, this implied it was unused. It wasn't until I received it that I found that it was (a) used and (b) completely dead. The faulty fan had just been put back in the box. The item was not described as an unchecked customer return. Use of the word 'boxed' was clearly used to mislead. No return or reparation has been offered. This kind of item should not be sold online, where customers have no opportunity to check before purchase. Will NEVER buy from these guys again.

Very disappointing experience – goods not as described

I would strongly recommend that buyers carefully check the condition of items before bidding.

I purchased 2 gaming monitors from this auction company which were presented in a way that led me to believe they were in a working/usable condition.

Once I received them, I discovered that they did not work.
I contacted the company and explained the problem, but they have refused to provide a refund and said products are unchecked and sold as seen.

I find this extremely disappointing, particularly when the condition of an item can have a significant impact on whether someone decides to bid and how much they are willing to pay.

In my opinion, buyers should be given clear and accurate information about whether goods have actually been tested and whether they are working. Describing or presenting an item in a way that could lead buyers to believe it is working, when it isn't, is misleading.

I would advise anyone considering bidding to read the descriptions very carefully and ask the company directly whether the item has been tested and is confirmed working before placing a bid.

Supreme Auctions is a scam. I bought two LCD's from them, and they sent me broken screens.

They are now denying what happened instead of taking responsibility. This is a complete scam. Do not buy anything from them.

First lesson is, a. auctions online or face to face are somewhat of a lottery. And b. no one gets 5 stars in a review...my experience isn't done here.
My experience of Supreme Auctions has been just that. There is however a trust element when selling, especially when the cost is high for the buyer. I won a number of auctions to build a very high end PC, all from Supreme and it was money very well spent and saved me £100's possibly more. My recent auction I spent £400 on a curved monitor 'gamble' and it didn't pay off, the item was very visibly broken and had glass shards in the box and visible components. Checked/Untested or not, that item was not for resale under any circumstance...am I still a customer? Of course. Did I learn a valuable lesson, yes.

DONT TRUST ANYTHING THIS COMPANY SAYS

This company is unbelievably corrupt!!!

They are currently selling artificial grass. It’s nothing like artificial grass more like the thin stuff green grocers use. I’ve spent a fortune on preparing the ground only to find this stuff is nothing like artificial grass. It’s similar to tinsel. Do yourself a favour and search local grass suppliers for a much better deal. There’s no way this stuff is worth £670. That is another lie.
Don’t get me wrong you can get items that are as described but the genuine goods in good condition are bumped up by shill bidders. You can see this happening on job lots of brand new items. Where it is most obvious is on new sofas. There will be quite a few of an identical sofa and they’re not particularly nice sofas. Every one will start at £20 but the only time you will lead the auction is at the beginning but by the time they are ending someone will have put on a bid on every one of them for the same amount. For example say £300. If you bid £310 You will win it, if you see one sell for less than this nobody will have won it, it will be listed again and again until someone bids over £300. Nobody is going to want to win 30 -40 of these identical sofas at £450 with fees. They are not very nice and the reason they are at auction is because nobody is buying them but we are lead to believe someone is winning them and having to store them.
On occasion they forget to shill bid job lots up. I think what happens is they list a load of job lots of the same item. Then list singles of the same item which they let go for a small amount and I think they miss the fact that it is a job lot of 6 or 10 but it sells for the price of one. I was told of this happening on two occasions and they lied and refunded the auction. They deleted one of the auctions and said it was a computer glitch and the other they said they had no stock but they had the items again listed in upcoming auctions and there was pallets of the items on the shelves which they said were for a big order. Complete lies
They put catalog photos up of brand new goods but unless it says brand new it is most likely to be broken and sometimes beyond repair and the thing is you are expected to take it away. I saw a broken toilet pan. Big chunk missing from it. How is it allowed to be sold in this condition?
They show a nice type of item but say design may vary. You get there and what you get is completely different and not something that people would want to buy.
They are sly with their description and trick you into thinking you are getting one thing but it’s not what you are expecting, for example brand new iPhone cases various designs and you will get brand new iPhone cases but it will be for iPhone 6 which nobody wants anymore. It could have a few iPhone 16-17 cases on the top but the box will be full of iPhone 6 cases.
Also you need to open every box especially if of high value. An item bought as a pergola was the bed frame of a wooden bed and not even a complete bed. A Christmas tree was actually a load of old clothing but you see a Christmas tree box and assume it contains a Christmas tree. Terms and conditions say you have to inspect everything when collecting and have 20 minutes to raise an issue.
