Excellent staff who are very helpful. As with all auctions, some lots are better than others but the service is great.
I would definitely recommend them...just don't bid against me!

Sam B was so helpful and accommodating! I visit down here often and meeting him makes the journey more enjoyable! They have some amazing products down here which are great value for money, but I would definitely recommend coming down for a viewing first.

Do not trust these liars at all, whatever they write on Loto is completely fake. I bought a bed that was supposed to be fully packaged and a complete bed, but I only received half of a bed. I emailed their complaint address and they ignored it, not even intending to solve the problem.

Great bargains always happy to return the staff are always happy to help i find that SAM T is always their to help goes above and beyond sorts out your items and helps with any enquirys Delivery service bit slow but ok customer service staff are great always busy had great items at a excellent price always happy with what we get if looking for items to sell at markets ect I would recommend but remember the risk as its not always great but thats the risk I personally cant complain and travel over 6 hours to collect and never had any problems SAM T is always happy to help

Do not bid to buy anything from this company as you will only be massively disappointed and massively out of pocket!!
They hide behind “unopened and untested” to justify selling junk!! They also deliberately don’t provide any description or information about the items to hide the fact everything is broken! The grading system they use is also an utter joke!
I recently purchased a sofa bed (remember that…) at Grade B - which when I received it had barely any box (so not sure how they can say “unopened” and had no fixings (screws, brackets, etc) nor did it have half the item (no arms or base) so in fact they sold me an item that is neither a bed nor a sofa as you can’t make either with what they sold me?! To top it off the frame was buckled where the box was missing so not only did I receive an unusable item but it wasn’t even a the item it was advertised as!!

This company is nothing sort of a bunch of thieves…you’d get more transparency and honesty from a Traveller turning up to tarmac your drive for £30?!

Will expect a reply just copied and pasted like every other negative review quoting the T&Cs but let’s be honest this item was knowing sold as junk as there was half a box so could easily be seen that there was half of missing and the damage was obvious as soon as it was transported to my van…told that the item can’t be returned and staff member left it there saying “not my problem” so not even able to redeem on customer service!

Update - And as expected there is a weak, cop out, pathetic reply! They lie as they DON’T provide photos at all, they provide ‘stock’ images of what you should get if it wasn’t sold by them!
I did inspect the item and complaints but was told that was my problem and that I couldn’t return it despite still being parked in the car park so another lie! Don’t fall for their lies…AVOID!!

Not used the auction house but the clearance pallet outlet attached is abysmal! Clearly filter pallats. Staff watch u constantly to make sure your not seeing whats underneath all the crap on the top. Rude staff, we were told incorrect info about the auction house by an employee and then got interrogated by staff as to why we were walking around looking for the auction house. Also dont believe what they advertise on fb as they claimed they had tons of great toy pallets so we travelled an hr and half and they had one containing all depop figures. When i mentioned this on fb i was told never to return haha. (Didn't plan to as a complete waste of time)

I have used this auction website before to great success on both occasions.

Supreme auctions never sent my item, don't answer the phone and ignore emails. Please avoid! Its disgusting these individuals are able to operate like this, basically steal peoples hard earned money. Never again

Sent me a labeled "unsalable" item, and refusing a refund!Absolute worst experience. I received a completely faulty item, but the shocking part is that it arrived with a physical warehouse label attached to it that explicitly states: "NOT SALABLE PRODUCT."This company is knowingly shipping out defective, unsalable stock to paying customers. To make matters worse, they charged me five times the standard price for shipping, only to deliver garbage.Now, their customer service is flat-out refusing to issue a refund. Under the Consumer Rights Act, I am legally entitled to my money back for faulty goods. Sending a labeled "unsalable" item and keeping my money is completely fraudulent.Avoid this company at all costs. I am now forced to escalate this directly to Trading Standards and my bank for a fraudulent transaction chargeback. Disgraceful.

⚠️ PLEASE THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING FROM SUPREME AUCTIONS, SHEFFIELD ⚠️

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Supreme Auctions in Sheffield and, based on what happened to me, I would strongly advise potential customers to be extremely cautious before bidding or purchasing anything from them.

I purchased an 8ft x 6ft metal shed and two hoovers through their auction. The items displayed online gave the impression that I would be receiving the products shown in the photographs and described in the listings. Unfortunately, what I actually received was completely different from what I reasonably expected based on the listings.

The biggest issue was the metal shed. I was told that the shed was too large and heavy to collect myself and that I would therefore need to pay for delivery. I paid £192 for delivery alone, which is a significant amount of money.

When the shed eventually arrived, it was not the correct model shown/advertised, and, even more concerning, a substantial amount of the shed was missing. As a result, the shed is completely unusable and cannot be assembled as intended.

The two hoovers I purchased were also in an unacceptable condition. Both were broken and not fit for purpose, and in my opinion were more suitable for the scrapyard than for someone who had paid money expecting functioning items.

In total, I paid £105 for the shed, £20 each for the two hoovers, plus the £192 delivery charge. That is already £337, before even taking into account the additional seller fees and VAT.

I contacted Supreme Auctions and completed their complaints process because I wanted the matter addressed properly. Unfortunately, the response I received was essentially an automated reply referring me back to the small print and stating that parts could be missing.

I find this extremely frustrating. If an item is advertised with photographs and a description, customers should be able to have confidence that the item they are purchasing bears a reasonable resemblance to what has been advertised. Receiving an incomplete, incorrect and unusable item after paying a substantial delivery charge is simply not acceptable from my perspective.

What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I feel I was given no meaningful resolution after raising my concerns. I appreciate that auction purchases can involve terms and conditions, but customers should still be able to expect accurate descriptions and photographs and should not be left with products that are effectively unusable.

I am therefore sharing my experience to warn other potential buyers to carry out their own checks, read every term and condition extremely carefully, and consider the risks before purchasing.

For me, this has been an extremely costly and frustrating experience. I have paid hundreds of pounds and have been left with a shed that I cannot use, two broken hoovers, and a very substantial delivery bill.

Based on my personal experience, I would not purchase from Supreme Auctions again and I would strongly urge anyone considering using them to proceed with extreme caution.

I sincerely hope that this review prevents somebody else from experiencing the same problems.

Having read the response from supreme auctions which is pretty poor to say they take money from you and do not take any action to receive goods back knowing full well the items they sell are not as shown on the box’s or there are lots missing! Over £300 spent on this company and no liability taken!!!! Please DO NOT buy from them they are scammers 100%!!!! Now they are £300 up and do not wish to deal with my complaint as such or give me any money back this company needs to be shut down as many people will just receive broken, insufficient and port products - you can’t sell a shed with the image of the product you are selling when you receive it and it’s completely different with 5 big parts missing. Total scammers!!!

Well organised, impressive setup. One of my items didn't have a main component, Sam B was excellent and quickly went and got me a complete replacement. These are trade auctions with bargains to be had! Thank you Sam for a very positive experience!

I bought 3 itmes on auction . Quite simply 1 item arrived just in black dustbin bag as wrapping for shipping and was damaged. The 3rd item NEVER arrived , and they cant seem to find it. they charged me 52.80 for a 1kg led screen shipping . APPAULING SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE SYSTEMS FOR TRACKING COMPLAINTS AND DEALING WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT** update they now blocked me from their site beause they dont like bad reviews and they re sold my item on their site and kept the money .

I am writing to share what an outstanding experience I have had for several weeks now regarding a certain individual - Sam B at Supreme Auctions. From the very first moment I arrived to collect my first pallet, Sam made me feel welcomed, valued and completely at ease, turning what I had expected to be a complicated process into something smooth, clear and genuinely enjoyable.

Sam took the time to listen carefully to everything I had to say, treated my items with great care and respect, and explained every step with honesty and patience. His knowledge is truly impressive, yet he always speaks in a way that is easy to understand, never making assumptions or leaving me unsure about anything. He keeps me updated regularly throughout while bringing out my items to my trailer, answered every question promptly, and handled every detail with such thoroughness and professionalism that I was able to relax and trust everything was in the very best hands.

On collection day, Sam remained attentive, calm and dedicated to achieving the very best possible result. What stands out most though, is his kindness and integrity. He doesn’t just do his job well, he goes above and beyond because he genuinely cares, and he represents Supreme Auctions with such pride and fairness that it reflects beautifully on the whole business.

I would absolutely return to Supreme Auctions again in the future, and I will be recommending Sam to everyone I know. Sam is a true credit to your team, and I could not be more grateful for the wonderful service I received.

I’ve been buying from supreme less than 12 months. Always good products and prices. Nice friendly fella called Sam, has helped me on several occasions . Helpful highly recommend.
