With making the very tough decision to sell our family home of 20 years, we found ourselves making the equally hard decision of who to trust when putting our house on the market. When we met with Eric, we could instantly see that his knowledge of the marketplace, commission model that is built for todays industry, and level of detail that would go into bringing our house to market, was exactly what we were looking for. The professional photos and 3D virtual tour were exceptional! The full service offering went above and beyond! Every email, text, and phone call was answered promptly. Our house sold in three days with multiple offers, well over asking, and we saved thousands in commission. Eric definitely knows what he’s doing. He talked with me over the phone first and explained the process the commissions and his willingness to list my house. All the paperwork to make the agreement was done via the Internet and was extremely easy. He brought the photographers in and listed my house on a Wednesday and it sold the following Sunday. I can’t say enough about how he predicted what my house was worth and his approach to selling my house. I definitely would recommend him.
