Before booking, I looked at reviews, but you always wonder.
Neil came the next day, after booking late afternoon, bang on time at 0800. He is what others say. Diligent, eager to sort your problem and then demonstrate he has sorted it when he's finished. Even checked our inside work done by a plumber and found an issue, which he also sorted. Just a complete service. Wanting a satisfied customer. He's got another one

Neil was a life saver today. After calling multiple companies with no availability and having only one toilet in the house I was running out of options . Customer service was great the lady managed my expectations from the word go. Neil was at the property within the hour and sorted the issue out within 30 mins. All within a reasonable price. Thanks Neil you were friendly , professional and got the job done . Appreciated 👏

Neil was amazing!!!
We had an external blocked drain, when we contacted Neil he was really helpful and explained exactly what the issue could be and what to look for. We needed a call out and he was able to respond within the hour (on a Sunday morning too!!). Neil resolved the issue very quickly and ensured that we were satisfied with what he had done and the functionality of the drain. He also gave great advice in preventing further issues. We are really happy with the service we received and the price that was charged. Would highly recommend Neil and Clearflow Drains any time!

I called clear flow to my property as my toilet wasn’t flushing properly
The water level was rising so I assumed I had a blockage
Clear flow arrived promptly and after a thorough inspection it transpired the blockage was from the neighbouring property which was affecting the flow to mine
That was dealt with and the problem is now resolved
I find clear flow was an excellent service

Neil was a lifesaver i had a blocked manhole. Friendly polite guy. Got the blockage done no in time and itwas a messy blockage well done. Great price saved me alot of money. Will definitely use Clearflow again. No call out charge and you only pay if they can do the job.

Exceptional service from Neil and his son this morning when we experienced a blocked toilet at our community cafe.
Knowing that we would not be able to trade, Neil managed to rearrange his morning to get to us first thing.
Friendly, communicative and efficient, they cleared the blockage and had us up and running by 8.30am!
They will definitely be my go to if we have any issues in the future.

I had major issues with my drainage caused by ground movement. Ground had to dug up and a New drainage system put in . This was done efficiently and to a very high standard . The workman were brilliant .My slabs etc were all put back as they were before . I highly recommend this company , brilliant job .

I have to start with how great and polite Neil was from the First Phone call we made to him, he came straight out to us to help with our situation as we had been messed around all day by different people he was very knowledgeable about our situation and was really quick at helping us fix our situation.

He helped us so much such a lovely person and can’t thank him enough for getting us out of a tricky situation. If i had any sort of problem like this again Neil and Clearflow would be the first people i would call i was so impressed with his professionalism and how good and nice and person he was. if your having problems with drainage or anything in that department please give these a call i have no doubt they are the best people for the job.

Neil was fantastic and came same day to address an issue with our drains at a reasonable fixed price. Super honest and got the issue sorted within the hour.

Neil provided wonderful service. He arrived within 45 minutes of my calling him about a blocked drain. He quoted me a fixed price for the work. He then worked efficiently to clear our problem. He even found another drain which we did not know was blocked and cleared that too at no extra cost. He was friendly and helpful throughout. I was really impressed with the team from Clear Flow Drains. They arrived on time, bright and early, and offered a fixed-rate, no-clearance–no-fee service. The issue turned out to be a piece of metal stuck to a bit of wood, but they quickly jetted it out and had the drain cleared within half an hour.
