I contacted JD Drainage Bournemouth this morning on behalf of some elderly friends because a manhole on their property was overflowing. From the first phone call, the communication was excellent, everything was explained clearly, and I was given a detailed breakdown of the potential costs before the callout, which really put my mind at ease.

Jack arrived quickly, was extremely professional, and got the job done efficiently. He left the area clean and was very kind and reassuring to the elderly couple, making sure they understood all the costs and work involved before starting.

Based on this experience and the cost, I’d definitely use JD Drainage Bournemouth again if the need ever arose.

Had a major problem with a completely blocked kitchen drain and partially blocked main drain. Jack and Barry came when other companies couldn’t come for several days . They were courteous and kept me informed throughout the entire process.They also thoroughly cleaned up after job was finished. Would highly recommend.

I have to say that the day I contracted James Price in Craven Arms, was one of the best decisions I have ever made. We had to replace our very old septic tank with a new Sewage Treatment Plant and it promised to be a horrendously complex and expensive scheme. However, James absolutely simplified the whole process. He explained everything so that we knew what to expect and his knowledge, coupled with the trust and confidence of everyone he deals with (and it’s an extensive number of people), to get this work done, made it pretty painless. Finally, the price James quoted, was the price we paid, absolutely, and it was not the most straightforward of jobs either. I can truly recommend James, without reservation.

My driveway was laid as printed concrete with a sealed manhole cover unable to access. I chose JB drainage to replace the manhole with all remedial work.The job was professionally carried out by Jonathan who is a 1st class tradesman and a sincere down to earth person, extremely likeable. Highly delighted with the outcome. I sincerely recommend JB Drainage.

We needed a drain survey and this company did an excellent job. On time quick efficient. Mark was thoroughly likeable. Also offered lots of advice on how to deal with the problem.

From producing a very detailed survey of all the drains on our house to returning to carrying out a range of repairs, the team were excellent throughout. Communications were very good, the team were friendly, professional, hardworking, tidy and highly effective in resolving a problem that other companies had even failed to identify. Work was completed to the agreed schedule. I was kept up to date with progress and able to see the CCTV survey of the work completed. The pricing was very reasonable. Very highly recommended.

AMAZING COMPANY!!!! We had a severely blocked toilet which was over flowing and coming through the ceiling. JD Drainage Solutions came out within the hour of calling a quickly found and solved the issue. They then went above and beyond my expectations to clean all the mess and left my house looking like nothing had ever happened. Could not recommend Jack and the team at JD Drainage Solutions enough!! Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service. Jack arrived on time and was professional in dealing with the blocked drains. He cleared the initial blockage quite quickly, then gave the drains a good clean as they had not been up in years. His drain camera showed a slipped pipe that caused the block and gave me a price to fix it with a discount. Thanks again

Outstanding service from the team at jd drainage today. We arranged a visit from the camera survey team and within a couple of hours dave and his colleague arrived and got the job done! Very fast and efficient and repaired the problem the same day. I can not fault this company will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Outstanding workmanship from the team at JD drainage solutions today. I called them to clear our over flowing manhole at the bottom of the drive. They turned up within the hour call out as promised by the girl in there offive, when arrived their engineer josh was very well spoken and really helpful and resolved the issue promptly. We would highly recommend JD drainage to any one in the future. Thanks for the help….6 out of 5 stars
