Clearit made customs paperwork very quick and easy!

Simple process, makes it easy to use.

Easy format and quick to resolve an issues I had.

Very simple website to use. Start a ticket upload your documents and your shipment gets cleared with speed and accuracy.

Clearit looked after everything in a timely fashion. Been using them for a while now, and will continue to use them.

Lack of communication. During the process, we were instructed to proceed in a particular direction however that was not the direction that was taken. We were then not kept in the loop on the changes that were being made. The lack of communication made the process more time-consuming and difficult than it had to be.

Signing up as a customer online was very easy. The fee structure was very clear, and there were no hidden fees. My first shipment was cleared within 24 hours of me signing up as a customer. They have an online chat, which allows to to talk to the broker, so you can get an update on the process. These folks did exactly what they said they would do, with no surprises and I got a follow up confirmation email when my shipment cleared customs.

Almost every time I have used Clearit, they have needed extra documents, which is fine, but they are slow at responding and not helpful at all when it comes to the specifics of what's needed and how to get it. This delays shipments every time. I have used other brokers who have been way more helpful and willing to support me with what I need along with telling me how to do it. If you can avoid them, sadly I would not recommend unless they better their customer service and support with their clients.

No information or communication and it took almost a month!

I only have access to internet or telephone limited to an hour in the evening and only occasionally.
I needed a customs clearance quickly and efficiently. Clearit made it work.

Clearit offers fast service with transparent pricing and excellent customer support. What impressed me the most was that an error was made calculating GST (wrong currency conversion) and was corrected the same day. No one is perfect, its how we rectify our mistakes that matters. Excellent service.
