I recently had the pleasure of work with ClearPathGPS, again, and I have to say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The service exceeded my expectation.

Very helpful and very quick to resolve any issues we may be having.

Clearpath is the clear choice for all our needs. Their software is very user friendly and understandable. The most important part, though, is the awesome team and customer service! They NEVER leave us hanging and are quick to respond to any and all issues. I love working with these people..hopefully they will always stay this way and we have found our forever GPS tracking provider!

I am new to my job and new to clearpath. I was given a very helpful tutorial (by Nicole Russo) on how to use the software, what clearpath offered, and I was introduced to a lot of very helpful features that will make my life so much easier! Being in charge of 37 trucks seemed like a lot to take on but with the many features available, it has taken a lot of stress off of my job. I am very surprised on what the system can do: I can now easily track maintenance, the crews, detailed information on each truck (like mileage, VIN #s, plates, tabs, maintenance needed/done), and so much more... Thank you!

Clearpath has been a helpful tool for us to track time on jobs and we were able to solve a discrepancy with a client proving to them our crews were onsite and servicing their account from a couple of months ago!

Every interaction with the employees at ClearPath has been excellent. What a refreshing change from the zero support provided by Verizon Fleetmatics. The system works great and has many features we have not even touched on yet.

I scheduled a zoom meeting with Nicole to go over the ClearPath GPS system that our company has been using for quite some time. I am new to the system and she was a great help in explaining how to use the system and showing me what features are available to us.

ClearPathGPS is really great. We had switched to them almost two years ago and it was the best change. The trackers are simple to install, the navigation page is simple to use and the customer service is top tier!
You will not be disappointed in this company at all! 100% recommend to everyone who is looking for vehicle gps tracking and or is looking for a new one because their current just isn't cutting it!

I work in nighttime parts - aside from warehouse duties, I'm tasked with any odd job that comes along. With our safety manager departing, I was asked to pick up the slack with A) Learning the Clearpath system so I can relay information to corporate as needed and B) Finishing the installation of around 100 Dash Cam units in both semi and pickup trucks.

The team at Clearpath has been absolutely awesome to work with. Ericka and Alex have been great with some troubleshooting, virtual training, and answering some questions. John was very helpful in getting some initial quotes drawn up to add some adapters to our network.

Clearpath is in the process of rolling out a whole new web interface for their devices, Dashcam integration with their GPS units, and its insanely easy to pull up footage from detected events, or from specific time windows as needed. Looks like the ability to detect fault codes in individual vehicles in real time is on the way. Really valuable tools.

The hardware has been of really good quality, and packaged extremely well. Nothing has been cheap, and tools required are packaged with each unit.

The one and only "glitch" i've encountered with anything turned out to not even be a glitch - one of our vehicles was struck after it had shut down for the day. I was having issues pulling footage of the wreck - Clearpath immediately looked into it and helped me realize that the dash cam has a sleep mode it employs (for obvious battery reasons) and i wasn't able to get ANY footage before the impact because of that. Once we pinpointed the exact second the impact happened, we could pull the footage needed.

While I don't work in accounting, and can't put a price on what we spend annually for service, i have to believe whatever we pay is worth it for the kind of personable customer service we receive. These guys are the real deal, and if it were MY fleet, i'd give them a chance too.

Nicole is awesome to work with! When they release new updates she reaches out to us to set up a meeting to go over the new updates to make sure we are using their system as effective and efficiently as possible. I ran an idea by her with something I noticed that their system should have and she ran the idea by their product feedback team and are planning to release that idea on their next update. The fact that she actually did something with my feedback is awesome! Thank you so much Nicole for such a great experience.

I have never used ClearPathGPS services before she explained things clearly and made them easy for me to understand. We've been using ClearPathGPS for a couple of weeks now, and have been very satisfied with the platform, as well as the support they have provided. We had a smaller GPS company we were using previously, and have been very impressed by how many more features ClearPath offers and how available their staff is to help us customize our settings. The platform is really pleasing to look at, and easy to navigate. I definitely would recommend ClearPath!
