I have been using Clear Path GPS for years and cant imagine working without it. The support staff are extremely helpful and very responsive. The cost is very affordable and the tracking saves us a great deal in labor cost.

I have nothing but praises for this company. From sales to tech support it's been an easy and smooth process. There were no hiccups coming from another company and everyone has been helpful when we've had questions.

ClearPath is exceptionally easy to work with! Any time I email support I get quick responses and helpful information. Scheduling is quick and responsive. you never have to wait long!

As is usual, this request for assistance by ClearPathGPS was handled very quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend ClearPathGPS to others.

One of the devices on our tech's truck was not sending updates as to his location. I sent an email regarding the issue and was sent a message back from a customer service rep who had assessed the problem, was able to send a signal to correct it and said he would monitor it. Which he did and email me a week later to say that he had been watching it and the problem seemed to be fixed.
I appreciate the quick response and follow up to my concern. Excellent job!

I am the Fleet manager for Fence Connection Inc. in Millersville MD. we have used other GPS tracking systems in the past, but so far Clear Path has worked out the best for our needs. The equipment works well, and when there is an issue, the support team is right there to assist us. They are fast, and polite, even when we make a mistake or two. We have has great success with Clear path, and I am now using the system in (4) of the companies that I am Fleet manager of. I will and have recommended Clear Path GPS to my other Fleet manager friends.

We have been working with ClearPath GPS for many years now and I have to admit they have the best support team taking care of business and their clients each and every time. We could not have been happier with the service.

Great company!!! I have had to add trucks and delete trucks from the service and every time I have had the most courteous/best service from the support team. The support team is first class and they help you through any process and/or questions you need answered. I can't enough good things about this remarkable company.

We had a hiccup with one of you trucks mileage reporting. ClearPath worked with me and followed up promptly to make sure they had corrected the problem.
They have always been super great. Not many companies around like them anymore....

The customer service is top tier. GPS asset tracking can be purchased from numerous providers, but I haven't found one with the X-factor that Clearpath GPS offers. I have tried other options, the tracking is similar, but ClearpathGPS as a company is different. They are attentive, organized, excellent service providers that really add value to their data and tracking service. The customer service has been excellent for the past 3 years and continues to be, with each interaction. Data issues are reported and fixed quickly, asset devices arrive quickly, are made with quality materials and are easily installed (I have personally installed nearly 200 of them!). The whole experience is seamless and a pleasure month after month. I keep adding devices and the service keeps being as reliable and robust as the day I started with Clearpath. Their technology is among the best options in the industry, and their people are outpacing even their technology.

The staff is awesome to work with! They are VERY fast at responding to any problems (which are very few) we may have.

I would DEFINITELY recommend them if you are looking into using GPS for company vehicles!

This is the easiest company to work with! Due to the nature of our business we don’t need our trackers activated all year round. We are able to easily suspend and reactivate our trackers anytime we need. One quick email to ClearPathGPS today with a request to reactivate a tracker and within minutes I had an email response letting me know it was active and ready to go!

I have used clear path gps to track my fleet of trucks for the past several years. I like knowing where my crews go and I like to make sure they are where they are supposed to be. I use this to track their hours. It’s perfect!! Plus their customer service is quick to respond and fix any issue I may have. I highly recommend.

We noticed that our tracking device was not being accurate at providing GPS location of our vehicles. We contacted ClearPaths support team and they were rapidly able to root out the issue and kindly offered to ship us a brand new tracking device at no added cost immediately so we can continue to track our deliveries.

So happy that we don't have stress in our interactions with ClearPath, they know how to keep partnerships smooth!

Product is intuitive and functions as expected. Lots of useful features. Staff has been friendly and very responsive to all needs/questions.
