Cleland Pharmacy & Travel Clinic Reviews

Plenty of parking at the premises. I did have to wait ten mins or so after my booking time but the staff were friendly and I was guided through what would happen with the cryotherapy by Cameron. It was painless and quick and the service was good. And I was told everything I needed to know. Would recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helpful information on the products I was enquiring about which lead to my purchase

Travel clinic assisted with an urgent vaccination request due to an unexpected travel arrangement. I have used them previously. They are located in a small pharmacy with parking and I find the staff friendly and professional.

Great service, staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The pharmacist was so friendly, helpful and efficient. Didn't have to wait long for an appointment and prices were very reasonable and much better prices than elsewhere! Would definitely recommend, 5 star service! Will definitely use Cleland pharmacy travel clinic in the future.

Excellent and prompt service, staff very attentive and friendly.

Quick and professional, plenty of advice.

Friendly, polite staff. Staff are very informative and the information l received was exactly what I needed. Cannot fault the team. Only one recommendation would be to put a small sign at the corner of the shops facing the road with your name on it as sat nav took us past your turning/location. Recommended by my GP.

Staff are always so polite and accommodating. Excellent service as usual. Thanks for all your help and assistance. 😊

Can’t fault this friendly pharmacy. Very helpful and accommodating. I receive monthly reviews face to face with first class advice. Thank you to all the staff for all that you do.

Excellent staff & service
Gives reassurance that my local pharmacy are able to help & support with appointments when Dr Surgery cannot accommodate.
My appointment was with Natalie who was professional & friendly & explained treatment & provide prescription.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Made me feel at ease.

Had a great experience at this pharmacy before our travels! My partner and I went in for our travel jags, and the pharmacist was absolutely lovely – so friendly, professional, and made us feel really comfortable. The jags weren’t sore at all, and everything was explained clearly. The prices were also very affordable compared to other places we looked at, which was a big bonus. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back in future for vaccines for our next adventure.
