im so disapointed having my hopes built up majorly to in the end to drop hands ortherwise I could have been in major debt never been so let down in my life instead of being defended was made to feel like I was guilty in shock to be honest would not recomend rob one bit from the 10 000 i was lead to believe i would get to end up without a penny is a tough pill to swallow

Initially I was listened to and felt believed. I found the call handler very sensitive to my situation. Through out the process I felt Terry was very efficient and explained everything to me. Phoned to make an enquiry about the free consultation advertised and the hourly rates for family courts matters .
Maybe caught Mr Clements on a bad day but he was quite disinterested , rude and not very helpful . In a rush to fob me off and get off the phone . The call was extremely brief.

I contacted Clements solicitors from a recommendation from a friend, I spoke initially with the owner Tom Clements who explained the legal process. And then I was contacted by Luca and Angelia who would be handling the case. Throughout the whole process they kept me up to date with the progress and managed to settle a out of court settlement.
