Dear Hilda - thank you very much for your kind words about our jewels and for giving us your feedback. For next time, always know that you can check the sizing in the Details section of the Product Page, or flip through to some images of the earrings on the model for an additional sense of scale.
If all else fails, reach out to us over email and we can send you some snaps of our team wearing the pieces to give you the fullest possible picture.
We can't wait for your next order! xx The CB Team

Obsessed
I have ordered jewellery multiple times from Cleopatra’s bling now, and I am amazed every single time. The quality and detail that goes into every piece is incredible. None of my pieces have tarnished or faded in the gold plated pieces and one of them I’ve had for over a year and has been worn countless of times. I love the meaning behind a lot of Olivia’s creations. You can tell so much passion and care went into creating every single piece. My absolute favourite handmade jewellery. Unique and not like any other jewellery.

Bad quality and horrible customer…
Bad quality and horrible customer service. They offer no solutions to your problems and allege you are being "emotional" when you express your dissatisfaction with their policies. Never buying from this company again.

Dear Midiala,
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.
As we discussed on email we have return policies in place that are advertised on our website, and that are applied evenly to all our customers.
I understand that it can be frustrating not to be given a special exception, but we have these policies in place so that we can continue to support our small teams of artisans and customer care personnel around the world.
I hope that you will be able to cherish your special necklace for many years to come.
Warm regards, The CB Team
