Sincèrement je n’est jamais fait affaire avec une compagnie aussi mal organisée
Nous avons réserver un voyage au panama qui était 503$ et 1 minute après avoir payer et tout réserver il nous rappelle pour nous dire que nos place sont prise par quelqu’un d’autre … Notre réaction évidement est que oui sans problème annuler notre réservation et nous allons chercher nous meme un nouveau vol puisque c’est bien plus simple que les agent au téléphone qui ne parle pas un mot français . Il nous dit que non après 1 MINUTE de réservation nous ne pouvons pas nous faire rembourser looool on finit par réserver quelque chose de 160$ déplus chacun avec le même trajet mais une journée plus tard et on reviens 2 jours plus tard ce qui est très inconvénient puisque je suis étudiante et je manque presque toute la semaine maintenant. Sincèrement je n’est jamais vue ça . Ce n’est clairement pas notre faute et il ne nous laisse même pas annuler j’en reviens toujours pas ahha. NE BOOKER JAMAIS AVEC EUX

J’ai choisi un vol aller retour et j’ai reçu la confirmation par courriel avec un montant de 6517$.
La fin de la journée j’ai reçu un appel pour m’annoncer qu’a ce prix il ne reste plus.
C’est rendu que je doit payer 9000$ ou bien je paye une pénalité de 500$
Si j’ai choisi votre site c’est pour le prix qui m'intéresse alors je ne vois pas pourquoi je doit payer si cher, j’aurais pus l’acheter directement chez une agence et sa me coutera moins cher…
J’ai demandé une annulation et que vais continuer a chercher et ils ne veulent pas.
En plus sa ne parle pas français pourtant c’est un site .ca
