So no I don’t have enought money for my rent not only that the wanted to do a conference call with my bank. That is so unprofessional. This is my first time ever using them and I hate it. They are so rude and disrespectful.

The system is simple and works well
My HOA uses ClickPay and it is easy to use and I really appreciate not having to write checks any longer. My balance is there and I can setup Automatic payments and use my credit card.
Worst app ever
Worst app ever. spent many days & hours working with onsite mgmt for Clickpay to list correct amounts from the lease.
Mgmt says if Clickpay charges an incorrect fee for payment of different amount than what it says they can’t change it, they have n control over what Clickpay does
Great Customer Service
I was initially nervous when something in the website was preventing me from adding a new apartment unit to my account. However, when I called customer service, after waiting in line for 10 minutes, I got connected to a helpful customer representative. It took her only five minutes to resolve the issue. She added the apartment unit to my account for me. Thereafter, I was able to promptly send the payment to my new landlord. Thank goodness for that!
ClickPay = The Homeplace of FRAUD
Clickpay is used by thieves to steal money. If your landlord uses Clickpay, they are in bed with criminals. Avoid at all costs.

My property management just started work with the clickpay. They encouraged to open an account and start my payments in 2023. I registered and got my payID, but was not able to select my address to make a payment. I called them, spent more than an hour waiting for any available agent to figure out what's going on and they disconnected me! Agents online are unavailable as well. It continues to be a horrible company to work with. I don't feel safe making payments via this site. Very bad experience.
AWFUL is an understatement
AWFUL is an understatement. These people are ADMITTEDLY "oblivious" and I put that in quotes because they really do KNOW that they're service is UNACCEPTABLY INEPT. The woman June, just told me flat out that, she "has no idea" what her own website is saying in my account. I pay my bill every month through Clickpay and it's been a NIGHTMARE from day one. These people are a disgrace to all business they conduct I.M.O. and based on my BEYOND FRUSTRATING experience with them. THE WORST, and I really mean that. I wish to report these people and I WILL. Good luck to all who have the MISFORTUNE of dealing with this awful excuse for a company.

BEWARE VERY SHADY COMPANY. THE FEE ARE NOT UPFRONT. THE RECORD KEEPING IS HORRIBLE. THEY HAVE A SYSTEM THAT DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGERS. THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO OPEN A COMPLAINT AS THEY DON WANT THERE STEALING AND MISUSE OF YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION.

Charging $36 to use a debit card is the most grossly selfish and ridiculous business tactic ever. I will be so glad when my lease is up so I don't have to use this hideous company ever again. That's literally robbery!
Beware: Remove/Add Feature
Beware: If you are trying to consolidate clickpay accounts by removing and adding a unit, download the unit's payment history as it does not carry over. You will not be able to retrieve it for your records and will be forced to request it from your property management company. This NEEDS to be written in the instructions so that people are aware. I just learned the hard way.

How a company over charge people and some people with disability or elderly who don't understand what they read. This company refuses to verbally communication and explain lot of people are on fix incomes for and try to save money. These people don't inform you if you reverse charge on your bank card when you give them your banking information thinking they used that instead of your debt and talk about reverse transaction no employee explain if you do you be charge more and for reverse transaction and your apartment is making money off you and click pay and explain if you reverse transaction your account will be block this has been nightmare. Apartment should let people pay by zelle or any money or cash app. I never been treated this poorly

Was paying a lease for an office space in 2020. The lease ended, I cancelled auto-pay. Without warning or notice, they started charging the substantial amount again, nearly 2 years later. It came out of a company account and was only noticed after 3 months. Trying to figure out how to recoup nearly $11k. Unreal.

This is a useless company feeding on people. I setup and autopay for my HOA dues thru clickpay. They send me a remainder 15 days before the date of autopay. Apparently the autopay did not happen and I had to pay another $100/- as penalty. Why they are seeking business from the other businesses when they can not be responsible for their lack of knowledge on how to do business.
