Excellent quality, beautifully made and great service delivering and assembling. Recommended.

Excellent quality wardrobe with 2 sliding doors. Please note assembly is NOT included in the price as described on their website.
Only con is they did not keep to the agreed delivery day on Saturday. Required multiple calls to chase the company, who eventually got a man out the following evening who arrived with his son and did do a great job. Required my husband to help heavy pieces up the stairs so something to bear in mind.

This company is clearly wanting this Trustpilot review removed. I have written to them at their email address numerous times with full details of my complaint with no response, the only response I have had to date is the false information provided on their reply to this. To be clear I received a sofa which does not contain the legal fire label, it was stained, different from the picture, wrong colour and very poorly made. I just want a refund of the cost of the sofa and I will happily dispose of the sofa at my expense. Climax furniture, please respond to my emails.

EDIT* Climax Furniture have my order details and I have written to them and they have to date failed to respond. Their claim that they want to resolve this has yet to be seen. I'll wait........
If you receive what you ordered the service is super quick, however I ordered a sofa and it arrived the wrong colour and nothing like the images, the size was wrong it was stained when I opened it and very very poorly made. The website states handmade in the UK, the delivery driver told me they are shipped over from China. I cannot even locate a fire label! I contacted the company immediately and was informed they would collect on the next run, I was given a date no one showed up, I contacted again and was given another date again no one turned up. I called twice and they hung up on me, then sent a message to say the delivery each way was £300 but if I return the sofa at my expense I could just pay £200. This is a complete scam of a company, I would suggest maybe using bots to write their reviews unless I was completely unlucky, please please be careful. I have notified trading standards and will have to pursue through civil court.

I am. Wry happy with the service, they called me next day for delivery and same day for the fitter. Very good professionals and good quality wardrobe. They fitter would adjust to my schedule and was very clean and tidy. I would recommend for good value for money.

Ordered a grey velvet sofa on Monday and it arrived the very next day. The delivery team were
brilliant and assembled everything for me. The sofa looks even better than the photos.

Bought a 3-door sliding mirror wardrobe and couldn't be happier. The installation was quick and
the finish is excellent. It has made our bedroom feel much bigger

I ordered a matching footstool for our living room and it arrived the next day. The colour
matched our sofa perfectly. A lovely finishing touch

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Climax Furniture. Would not recommend

I purchased a sofa for £900 in April and it broke within just **one day**. I reported the problem straight away, but despite repeatedly trying to get it resolved, I have now been waiting around **four months** for this to be sorted. I haven't had a meaningful response from them for around **three months**.

I also ordered and paid for a **puffer that I still haven't received**.

I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a £900 sofa to last more than one day, or to expect a company to respond when a customer reports a serious fault. I've given them plenty of opportunity to resolve this directly, but unfortunately I feel completely ignored.

I'm now having to consider taking the matter further to get the issues resolved.

I would strongly recommend making sure you are completely satisfied with the company's after-sales service before purchasing.

Got wardrobe deliver today, they came into my home and started telling me they don’t get delivery fee and want me to give them a tip of £40. When I said I don’t have it they insisted on saying you’ll have it on your mobile banking. After this I went out my front garden with my son and called my dad to come over as it felt so dodgy. One of the men opened the box and it seemed like they had a disagreement and insisted I paid the money before they assembled. I continued to say I have the money you know where I live, I’m worried you have send the wrong thing or have missing parts of even if yous run away with my money and don’t assemble. They were not happy again but eventually built it instituting I showed them all my money. After they were done they asked my dad for tip and he said the same he can’t as he doesn’t have much money and he left hid walled at home. They continued to say well we can drive to your house. I felt so unsafe I asked my dad please do something to get them to leave as I have young children at home. They ended up leaving once my dad pulled out £5 out his pocket. My husband’s going away bag was in the bathroom and I noticed it was open too, I don’t know what was in it but it was open.
DO NOT RECOMEND. So unsafe feeling.

I was happy with the service at first but after fixing the wardrobe and after me leaving the review which I was told to go to the website to leave the review I did which I was happy at first. But after 2 days I had issue with the wardrobe. I contact them straight away but I didn’t get no responses. I was ignored for 1 month even now. I tried calling no response. I left message they will read but no response. I will never order from this place again. At first they will give you good customer service once they are done that’s it.

I had great communication from start to finish. The delivery guys where very polite and helpful they had to carry up to 3rd floor. My sofa was easy to put together very comfy just what I was expecting I would definitely order from this company again.
