I have booked my hair transplant in February of 2026 in order to get it done in September 2026.

The whole process from paying the deposit to getting the procedure was absolutely fantastic.

There was a little hiccup with the transfer from the airport to the hotel but nothing major.

Alara was my planner and was brilliant, quick replies, never left hanging on for information and very professional overall.

The transplant itself was really good, very relaxed environment and just overall a good experience, I will be looking to booking more procedures soon.

Ismail was looking after my teeth procedure and again , he was absolutely amazing! One of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. Really fun, happy and just really excited to help ! My teeth also look amazing.

Anil from aftercare was again absolutely amazing. Replies when I felt concerned were sent out pretty much immediately even though I’d send them out on a weekend , late at night or outside of working hours but again he was very professional and very helpful.

Overall, the whole experience was just brilliant and I’m happy I made the choice of going with the Clinic Center! Thank you very much for looking after me!

I had an incredible experience with Clinic Centre from start to finish. Finding them online and enquiring was so straightforward. They were extremely quick to get my details and forms sorted, and the pricing was completely transparent with absolutely no hidden fees. I needed my surgery date as soon as possible, and they went out of their way to accommodate a sooner date for me.
The coordination was flawless. I was first helped by Fatih, who then referred me to Alara. Alara was brilliant and made sure everything ran smoothly. On the day of my surgery, a lovely lady picked me up from the hotel to act as my translator. I don't remember her name, but she was incredibly kind and happy to answer every single question I had, which completely put me at ease. I was told what to expect ahead of time at every single stage, so I never felt unsure about what was happening.
The hotel provided was in a great area and of excellent quality. The airport and hospital transfers were completely covered, and the drivers arrived so quickly each time that we barely ever waited. As for the hospital itself, it was amazing. I had my own private room, and the staff were incredibly professional, lovely, and genuinely cared about my wellbeing. The surgeon had years of experience and gave me exactly what I wanted I am extremely happy with my reduction results and am healing up nicely! The hospital food was great too.
Before leaving, they ensured I had a proper check up, and they have already been in touch with me regarding my aftercare. I honestly have nothing bad to say about Clinic Centre and highly recommend them!

I travelled to Turkey to undergo a rhinoplasty via the clinic centre in 2022. Initially everything seemed seamless, the communication was good and there was no issues. However upon arrival to Istanbul airport there was no one there to greet me, I waited outside the terminal for over an hour almost in a blind panic. Upon eventually finding the driver I was made to sit and wait in a taxi for another passenger despite being required to arrive at the hospital 4 hours later for my surgery (this was in the early hours of the morning), finally departing from the airport at nearly 2am. Once at the hospital the staff were extremely pushy about payment when I was attempting to make the bank transfer. They were telling me to hurry up as my surgery was scheduled for 6am and there was other patients waiting. It felt like a cash cow conveyor belt. I seen the surgeon for less than 5 minutes who didn’t speak any English (I didn’t realise this as I had been in communication with a medical assistant throughout the process). Needless to say I was horrified after I seen my nose post op when the cast was removed. It was nothing like I had asked for. The post op communication once I flew home was next to nil from clinic centre. Over the coming months my nose became extremely distorted in shape and very droopy at the tip. I was subsequently required to return to Turkey 1 year later to undergo a revision surgery with a different consultant. I do not recommend the clinic centre.

The entire operation was well organised, I could count on the friendly, helpful and competent support of the coordinator onsite and of Anil, the aftercare specialist. The final results are what I expected and hoped for.

I been in Turkey 2 times! Everything was great, everybody really helpfull and everybody do what’s the best for you! So if you thinking about the clinic go for clinic center and make your life better!

As of writing this review I am lay on my hotel bed preparing to fly home tomorrow morning.
I was having a small problem with an implant I had fitted 19 years ago and a friend recommended a surgeon who works within the clinical center Dr Hakan Gungodan.

I flew from the Uk to Istanbul for my surgery.

I booked via a company called the clinic center. The surgery was performed by Dr Hakan at the central Hospital in Istanbul.
I had the implants removed by Dr Hakan and a small uplift.
My whole experience from start to finish was Superb. My coordinator ( Kagan was brilliant in guiding me along the way with full details of what would happen upon my arrival in Turkey).
He responded very quickly whenever I messaged and I cannot speak highly enough of him.

But the star of the show is Dr Hakan. Within two minutes of meeting him all my worries had disappeared.
His bedside manner is amazing and the results I achieved with him have left me ringing my friends back home and singing his praises to them all.
I cannot believe the great value for money I received.
I landed at Istanbul I was collected by taxi and taken to the Educity Hotel which is a 15 minute taxi ride away from the hospital.

The next morning my taxi took me to The Central Hospital where I met Dr Hakan for the pre op assessment.

Within the hour I was taken to the Theatre to meet Dr Hakan,s team.

And after waking a few hours later back in my private room Dr Hakan came to see me and informed me everything had gone well.

After a nights rest I was collected the next morning and taken back to rest at my hotel before returning to see Dr Hakan and receive his final approval for discharge and for me to fly home.

4 nights hotel accommodation with a superb breakfast buffet included, all taxis included, one nights stay in hospital included it’s well as hospital meals ( not the best to be honest but many delivery apps available).
Kagans really helpful guidance and help also included
All Dr Hakans surperb treatment included.
As I said incredible value for money. I really cannot speak highly enough of my WHOLE experience.

Second time with this company and can’t fault them at all from the coordinates to the care during and after surgery. The after care team are brilliant and Anil has been brilliant any questions I have he’s happy to help at any time

The best part is knowing that I was not forgotten about after i returned home and the clinic team still follows up. Anil, my specialist, is great. He always gets back with me quickly if I have a concern and makes me feel at ease.

I’ve just reached two weeks post‑op, and I can confidently say my experience with The Clinic Centre has been amazing from start to finish. When I first enquired, Kegan was incredibly helpful and patient, answering every question I had and guiding me through each step.

Travelling abroad for surgery can feel overwhelming, but the transport arrangements were flawless — everything was organised for me, which took away so much stress.
My surgeon, Dr. Soner, has given me results I’m already so happy with. His work is incredible, and the nurses who cared for me afterwards were so supportive and kind.

The aftercare has been one of the biggest highlights. Anil has been available day or night, always ready to help with any worries or questions. That level of support makes such a difference when you’re recovering.

I truly can’t fault The Clinic Centre. They’ve exceeded every expectation, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Went over to Istanbul to clinic centre and was really happy with the results of my teath, I fot 13 implants all in and amazed by the final product, if anyone is on the fence about getting treated here I would highly recommend them 😀

My review of Clinic Center Istanbul for breast uplift and implants with Dr Daghan Isik. Date of surgery 16.9.26
I chose this surgeon following good reviews in particular to his stitch work was commented on a couple of times as being very good on reviews by other patients.

I am almost 2 weeks post op at time of writing this review and so far so good. I still swollen under arm pits but thats to be expected.

A few things which could be improved on for the company but they are small easy things to be rectified if they wish to listen to this review.

When I made my initial enquiry via WhatsApp I was speaking with Ozge. She was quick to respond and answer queries.
My cost for surgery was £3600, with a £150 deposit.
Once you paid a deposit you would then liase via WhatsApp with a travel coordinator, Alara. Again queries as and when they popped up would be answered unless on leave (not sure if a notification can be put on as an automatic reply) as you start to worry if your msg hasn't been responded to for few days.
I travelled by myself from UK to Sabiha Gökçen International Airport. The traffic is horrendous in the City so transfer took about 1hr but there seemed to be only 20 mins difference to go to Istanbul but the price was a couple of hundred difference. The transfers were prompt, clean and at times you had fellow patients in vehicle with you to compare notes.
I was flying out on the Monday, scheduled to have the surgery Tuesday morning and then fly back on Saturday.
Literally just as I was about to step on the plane at Manchester l I got a text to say the surgery would be delayed til Wed due to a family emergency. I quickly text asking if I was still ok to fly back Saturday and they said yes.
You do get a fit to fly notice but check with your airline if their policy says it has to be some many days after surgery.
As it was nobody talked to me at check in on my return, its automated check in so I didnt need to show Dr's note. And plenty of people were willing to help lift my bag into over head ( I just took cabin crew).
I stayed at the Rox hotel, very nice but if you are a light sleeper the nearby road and traffic will keep you awake. The food service food there is ok, not great but if you have someone with you to venture out you can get better food at nearby Airport Mall which is 5 minutes walk or there is a small petrol station and shop just opposite.
The 1st and 2nd night were at Rox and then I was picked up at 6am to be taken to Erdem private hospital with a translator who is there from the transfers to hospital and appointments.
I met the surgeon and his 2nd in command who spent time with me and marked me up ready for surgery.
The day and night after surgery you are topped up with iv pain and preemptive antibiotics every 1hr. The nurses are pleasant and when they struggle with communication will use Google translate.
The next morning you are sent back to your hotel, I had 3 drains in. So a little handled carrier bag is handy to pop them in for moving about.
You are given one compression bra and stockings. Buy another compression garment when you are there. I was told they wash and hairdryer dry quickly but this is not the case, 15 minutes later and I had to put a damp bra back on over dressings. I ordered one off amazon when home.
Another niggle is the consent forms and information forms( about 10 pages) they give you on the morning of your surgery. The nurse was trying to rush me saying the Dr is here. There is no reason why that info could not be emailed to you before as there may be questions raised from this thay you want to ask the surgeon. One of the things on the information sheets was that you should stop taking vitamins 3 weeks prior to surgery as some may make you bleed more, had I of got this information earlier I would have asked about the vitamins I was taking. The surgeon did on op day what I was taking and was Ok in the end.cont...

Great team, great communication, great result. This is my second time visiting the Clinic Centre and I would definitely recommend.
