The lady who called was sooooo helpful, I confused the situation with lots of questions but she managed to explain everything clearly and easily. Why can't all companies employ front of house staff like this lady , life would be so much happier thank you to this lady ( AH9 )

My telephone triage appointment was with hs2 she was friendly, efficient more like talking to a friend than a member of staff. Very patient and caring towards me.

A guy (MC4) rang me to arrange an appointment. I found him to be polite, efficient and friendly. It was all sorted promptly and without fuss.
