Received a call from HW1 this morning to make an appointment for me. She was very polite, professional and helpful.

HW1 conveyed all information very clearly regarding what the appointment was for, arrangements for it and explained what would happen after the call.

HW1 is a very good representative for the company.

The staff I spoke to was so lovely, he had a calming voice that really helped to assure me the services will help me. Very comprehensive and showed genuine care.
