Dishonest and unprofessional management. Ordered a custom made closet system. Worked with Michelle - don't work with her. She did not listen to want I needed and wanted. I had to alter every her drawing. Paid for the project and two weeks prior installation was notified that the color I chose was not available in needed size. I had to switch to white which was a no no from the very beginning or pay $$ extra. I redesigned myself, but Michelle put completely different dimensions - she left 30 inches length for shirts. Shirts do not fit into 30 inches. Asked three times to change the dimension - she did not do what I asked. I refused working with her. As an expensive accessory was removed the price should have been changed, but manager Zena 'conveniently' forgot. I reminded and got a promise that a refund would be made. Over a month two inquires with Costco and no refund only phony promises that a refund will be made by the end of the week.
5-stars to scheduling department, engineers and installation guy Gene (great job, no mess, polite). Quality of the product is good.

Amy our design consultant took our ideas of what our needs and wants were for two basic MB closets and made them a reality and we couldn’t be happier ! She was knowledgeable and patient as we changed the designs around a few times ! Their beautiful showroom helped us with the final touches and Sierra and Jon the installers brought it home . Punctual , kept space clean and answered all our questions . Highly recommend.

8-23-24: Everything has been taking care of and they went above and beyond what was asked of them!!!!
The in home design consultation and sales person was good and thorough. My wife and I felt comfortable with them and decided to proceed since they were associated with Costco. We asked very pointed questions via text, in person and via email. One question, via text, of importance was whether or not soft close slides are used on the sliding shelves were used. We wanted soft close since the shelves are against the same wall as our heads when in bead and nobody wants a sliding shelve hitting the wall while they are sleeping when your SO is trying to sleep. They assured us that soft close was available on the sliding shelves. After we paid the full amount on June 26th we received an email on July 5th saying we had a check measure on July 12th and an install date of August 8th. They showed up on time and were in and out without any questions for the check measuring. August 8th came and the installers showed up on time and were very nice. When they had completed two things were amiss 1) no soft close on the sliding shelves as promised and 2) the enclosure to cover our radiant floor heating manifold and controller. I asked the installers about both items and they said they have never done soft close on sliding shelves and knew nothing about the heating enclose. I showed them the paperwork where we paid for the extra enclosure and the text stating that soft close was included as part of the sliding shelf components and assembly. The installers said they would make note of it and take it back to the office to get it straightened out. On august 9th I followed up with a text to see what the plan was and they said they were looking into. August 14th I followed up again since I had not heard anything and I received no response. August 19th I called the main office in Bothell and after three attempts finally talked to a person and they could only say that someone will call me back. So after 10 days from the install we still can't use our closet system or move into our room since it is unfinished. The county has even signed off for the final building so we can move in. I have tried to give them some time to get it straightened out but not to hear anything is very frustrating.

My design consultant Shannon was very helpful designing my office/den. She asked what I wanted to achieve and offered suggestion to improve my ideas.
Scottie was the installer he was efficient, courteous and very neat.

Closet Factory is a great company to work with from design, to the finished product. Karina did a great job coming up with solutions for all my needs (7 closets in all). Communications were excellent and they even did the install earlier than originally scheduled! Dulio, Eli and Gerard were all very professional and made sure that all spaces were clean and nothing was left behind when they were done. Their communication with me while they worked and moved room to room was top notch! I recommend them highly and would have them back if I had any spaces left for them to organize for me. Excellent Experience and Helpful Services - We had a great experience working with Closet Factory. Diane was our designer and she spent time with us in our home and in the showroom to help us create a beautifully organized mudroom. Mark was terrific in installation and very efficient. We love our new organized mudroom and wish we had done this sooner!

My wife and I contracted with the Closet Factory (Plymouth, MN) through Costco to design and install closet systems in our master bedroom closet as well as a mud-room closet. The entire project was a "home run" because of our Designer Loryn. After our first consultation with Loryn, she took all of our inputs and came back with a design that exceeded our expectations. Once we had signed the contract after the final design review, Loryn delighted us with her exceptional communication skills by proactively keeping us updated as the project install date approached. The two-man installation team who installed our closets are ultimate professionals who take great pride in their work. It is very obvious that the employees from the Closet Factory are always quality conscious and hyper-focused on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. Thanks to Loryn and Liz, we could not have asked for a better managed & executed project. For anyone considering a new closet design, I would highly recommend the Closet Factory.

We had a fantastic experience with our Designer, Sue, and a visit to the Showroom is an ABSOLUTE MUST for anyone and everyone working with the Closet Factory.
Meeting the folks there made the whole process very local and personal, and we were better able to understand our choices.

Our installer, Jason, was timely and professional, and accomplished the install in a very difficult space with only a little bit of frustrated energy emanating from underneath the desk.

My only disappointment was that I was not fully versed in the finish details, and to complete the job in a professional and workmanlike manner, Jason installed a quarter round molding (apparently the CF standard detail) around the top edge where the desk meets the wall.
As I don't much care for quarter round, I would have preferred a simple caulked joint, or a squared stock trim as used on the base or in an earlier project the Closet Factory had completed for us, if I had been asked.
I am slowly getting used to it.

But that small aside, we are really pleased with the outcome and the whole is working well for the intended purpose.
Plus it looks really great and contemporary, just the sort of built-in appearance we were seeking.

The Closet Factory folks are GREAT people and easy to work with, and we highly recommend them!
Be sure to review ALL the details prior to the start and completion and enjoy the process and excellent outcome!

I contracted with Factory Closet in Coral Gables, FL and it was a horrible experience. A lot of issues including materials that were so incorrect it left a 4 inch gap losing valuable closet space. Their solution was to fill the gaps with panels and caulking! Every drawer was missing two screws so what about quality control. The installers were untrained having to come back 3 times taking me away from my work. They left a huge mess of caulking on the wood floor that I had to clean up. I requested several times for the project supervisor or someone in leadership to call me but not response. I needed a resolution and I wanted to give them feedback on how to improve customer service. Leadership showed no interest in customer service and had no interest in my feedback. Big mistake not to learn directly from the customer!! I have many other large closet and storage builds but I don't know that I can trust Factory Closet anymore.

Eden worked with us to maximize our closet space and create a beautiful design. Tom did an excellent job installing our closet. I highly recommend!
