I have to say that the customer service ws excellant for me when I had a problem I would highly recomend them.

Should have taken the XL insted of the XXL but that’s my problem. Great shop response via messenger and great service!

I am VERY impressed with my sons Letterman jacket! If you have a question, dont hesitate to email the company. The staff are very helpful and do everything they can to ensure you are happy with your purchase. I would say that had I based the size solely on measurements, I would have gotten him a Medium Tall however I went with Large tall and I feel the medium might have been too tight to give him a little room in to wear a hoodie under or to grow.
The company is great, the quality is great, the staff are great and the price was right

Excellent communication. We were very happy with the jacket. We originally ordered a different color of snap on it but when we saw the completed picture we did not like it. They changed the snaps out for us. Great quality of jacket and very warm. We are pleased!

Excellent quality jacket! We had ours completely customized. If one constructive criticism the letter is a bit flimsy around the edges...like not seen tight on the outer edges. However, it’s a detail and wouldn’t stop us from buying again. Great service too!
