First of all Peter screw you, promised us we would get help and everything as soon as we signed it was gone. No messages nothing, we were left to the manager who does absolutely nothing but gossip with the food runners. Nobody helps us, won’t even lower our rent. We went down the street to another for half the price and actual communication.

Be very aware of the consequences of dealing with this company before you sign a deal. I really do believe their business model is to sign you to a contract, hope you leave in 3-6 months, start collections efforts, then re-lease your space to the next person. Rinse and repeat. This allows them to have 2-3 tenants in one space per year. It is possible to make money, but the success rate of any restaurant at South End Eats is less than 20% Think about that before you sign that contract. More than 80% of the restaurants fail. Don't let them trick you into thinking the rent is cheap.They have small print in the small print. They word the contract is a way that is deceptive and misleading. Here's the worst part. Everything I just typed is only a small part of the issues at this place. DON'T THINK YOU WILL BE DIFFERENT. Read the warnings. Every single review is 1 star. Unless you have an established brand and need a temporary space, stay with your day job. It's just not worth the headache and financial hit.

I've been with Cloud Kitchens for almost 3 years. It was a Good choice for me.

I am an operator (restaurant) there. Sales people and their managers are not trustworthy. It's all about getting an operator in the door under made-up deadlines and "supposed" deals that expire (not true because promotions and deals are always happening in some form). All the promises they make to get you in, never materialize. Then, they blame the site managers for operators not being happy, and the site managers inevitably then get fired. Beware rodent problems, things not getting fixed, nothing ever getting a real good clean (even when you move in), regular power outages that cause food spoilage, overcrowded hallways and spaces, overfilling/stinky garbage bins outside the building, not to mention no parking ever available. There is no support for you as a business, especially if you are a mom and pop/small operator even if you are paying $5-7K per month! They only care about enterprise customers (Stabucks, Jack In The Box, etc) because that's where the money is. I am an operator in one of their bay area locations, and I am counting down the days that I am here. Stay FAR away.

I honestly don't think they care to improve or do right by the businesses that operate in their kitchens. It's definitely a money grab. No support when YOU need it, but they definitely are okay with emailing and or shutting off your money supply if you make one wrong move! DON'T DO IT!

Stay away from these cloud kitchen scams. They’ll promise marketing support and convince you to rent a tiny kitchen for over $5,000/month, but they won’t help you. I lost $50,000 in just four months, and now they still want $37,000 from me because I couldn’t survive. They refused to reduce the lease or even give me a break for a month.

You’ll struggle for orders, deal with chaotic streets full of delivery drivers, and regret trusting corporations that only care about their money. Unless you’re running a McDonald’s or Chick-fil-A, making real money is nearly impossible. Please share this and talk to previous owners before making any decisions! Don’t let them take advantage of you like they did me.

Fals promises, no communication, they act like they own your business and can tell you what to do and what not to do. Crazy up chargins for non existing stuff. Dont rent the kitchen from this guys looks like scammer they promisse a lot of things and not happen also they say they rent a lices dont give deposit because the contract says order things rent you own spece and add your concept dont east time and money with than .

Deceptive predatory company who's business model is to rotate as many businesses through their doors as fast as possible so they can steal deposits and collect rent for failed businesses while re-leasing kitchens

They deserve a ZERO! Do not be a victim like me. I have PTSD from this place. My first business and a very expensive lesson. Go on Reddit too. A civil lawsuit is in their future. They leave a trail of hard-working business owners in the RED. High rent, poor and deceptive management, plumbing issues, employee not running orders efficiently or giving wrong orders. SO MANY IT Issues. Stay away if you value your hard earned money. I was bullied and intimidated by other operators who copied my menu. They have high failure rate with operators and high internal employee rate. Their employees act like we work for them. Stern warning to stay away. Many business fold within 1-3 months. They lie and have an unsuccessful business model. Operators are complaining nationwide. Cloud Kitchens need to be shut down, FOREVER!

Onboarding team is a mess. No communication, no follow up, and no accountability.

Shady compan. They lie about everything and promise the world. Then after you invest all you have they dip. Stay away.

Do not listen to any marketing person. They promise a lot and that it.
On boarding team has the worst attitude in history. Scattered team, no communication and a lot of unfulfilled promises.
Their concept is very promising but there is no strong team to support it.
They deal with Otter to manage their infrastructure, but when you need help, it will take them a few weeks to fix one small issue.

Never do business with them, I promise it will be the experience of your entrepreneur life.

Have such a horrible time renting from CloudKitchens. They take no responsibility for anything within their facility. Hand food off to the wrong drivers. The list of issues and headaches you created could go on and on. So happy I don’t deal with them anymore.

We’ve been a tenant here since it opened a year and a half ago and the facility and services offered has been just short of a nightmare

They charge extremely high rent with the expectation of facility management and food runners. Both of the selling points have been a joke and clearly it’s contributed to the exodus of tenants since the facility is pretty much a ghost town now with occupancy running less than 20%. I refuse for our food are damn near 5 stars but the facility handoff is running closer to three stars.

We’ve had two different site supervisors and now we have none apparently. There are subcontractors will enter your kitchen, leave a mess, disconnect appliances and walk on countertops.

The facilities remains overgrown, in disrepair with projects that have never been finished.

Beware of their sales team, they’re very good at selling, but not on delivering the promises.

250 square feet a month at over $5k should be a lot better than this. We can’t wait to leave.

WITHIN SIX MONTHS EVERY OTHER KITCHEN WE STARTED WITH HAD LEFT. THAT ALONE TELLS YOU IT'S NOT GOOD AT ALL TO OPERATE FROM THEIR PREMISES.
