They have been very difficult to work with and unable to resolve the issue or provide any explanation for its cause. Despite being a long‑term customer, consistently paying £1,000 per month for several years, their support has been ineffective. As a result, we have decided to migrate all accounts to another provider.
Terrible service.
I very rarely leave negative reviews, but Giacom’s service warrants one. Almost every interaction I’ve had with Giacom has turned into a negative experience.
From unexpected charges of around £500 hidden in the small print, to repeated issues with failed broadband provisioning, the overall level of service has been consistently poor.
I would be happy to amend this review if the service improves in future.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service from the so called ‘customer experience team’ who can’t help with the most simple of tasks without putting you on hold for 15 minutes at a time.
Ever changing portal which following a merge is almost completely unusable on the broadband side of the business. Even if you’re trying to place an order and give them money it’s a saga.
I’m aware that a number of staff have left in recent times and it is clear to see why, writing is very much on the wall with staff and clients leaving the sinking ship.
I only have a small portfolio with Giacom and come December when my last contracts expire, I will be running for the hills to another provider.
Expensive / useless just buy direct
Original customer of Inty (brilliant company) ever since migrated to Giacom it was sell first attitude, never wanted to really support account managers just pushed over to different teams and caused friction. "Oh that's with IT its they responsibility" "Oh that's billing as that their responsibility "
No wonder they have bad reviews from employees and toxic culture issues...!
When we migrated of course there was issues but you ride that wave and expect it not to be perfect but still after giving it a good go we have decided to leave the market due to how bad of experience we are having.
You can get good deals and better support buying direct with a lot of these suppliers, especially the core/main products.
Simple things when trying to navigate how to change your billing settings you cant you have to speak to them over the phone and chat about it - they say they integrate with Stripe yet dont allow card management or to have fallbacks or allow you to change this for better accounting...
They also make it really hard to monitor renewals and how best to manage them - as businesses come and go and also expand and downsize we in the middle get hit with no support from client billing and then no support from Giacom they miss guide you into annual renewals and 0 flexibility to use a credit system that you could easily migrate around the whole organization resulting in high wasted fees and no solution - so we are out and Giacom are a the main reason for that decision as they are pretty useless!
Only reason for 2 stars is a support call i had once was actually useful around a their technician wanting to help and seemed super passionate about cyber security - pure reason and shout out to him (name cant be included review will be blocked.)
So just avoid and buy direct and long and short you will probs pay an extra £1 or £5 over the year...! to avoid complications and flexibility

aBillity Billing System
We have been using Giacom's billing system "aBillity" for a number of years and are yet to see another system that allows us to bill with the complexity and accuracy that we require. Being able to import CDR/SDR files from a variety of suppliers and using aBillity's in-built Reconciliation function, not only ensures accurate billing to our customers, but also reduces the time required to complete a monthly bill run. With a dedicated Account Manager, Steve Lale, at our disposal, any queries and assistance we require is dealt with as quick as possible and escalated to the relevant teams when required. We look forward to a continued partnership with Giacom

Billing is clear and well-managed: Invoices are easy to track, and any discrepancies we've encountered have been resolved quickly and professionally.
