We use their service, and for the most part it works fine.

But I cannot hold back my frustration anymore. I have asked several times to remove my personal email from their database and mailing list. I was assured 2 times that everything was deleted, but I still receive work-related emails in my personal mailbox. Just now sent out my 5th request; let's see if anything happens.

Happy to have trusted CloudVisor with my AWS credits. They would've expired a long time ago otherwise. The Customer Service is also great, and overall I feel it is good business.
