Efficient service, friendly people

Brilliant from start to finish. Price and workmanship spot in.

Very pleased with the service & the double glazed units. The installers were quick, efficient, polite & respectful. The office handled my case & questions promptly & efficiently. This company was recommended to me & we were very glad we chose them to replace our cloudy double glazing.

Work done on the day promised and was completed neatly in short time

The guys who fitted the glass were very good, efficient, on time and hard working. The chap who came to measure up and quote was similarly very good, polite and efficient. I'd like to have given 5 stars but what has let it down was the poor communication between the company and ourselves. We tried calling the main centre several times and e mailing our local branch twice to confirm fitting details and got nowhere. The calls were not returned or e mails answered. Such a shame.

Used this company several times. Always been pleased with quality, service pretty quick and fitters polite and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

The entire process from the Initial visit to the completion of the job was carried out in a very professional manner. The staff were both puntual and polite throughout, definately a first class service being offered by C2C and I would highly recommend them to other people with window problems. I will without hesitation request their service again should I need it in the future.

C2c came gave a quote quickly,upon ordering they gave a date which they kept. The fitter came was very polite an efficient and carried out the installation in a short period of time

Helpful staff on initial enquiry and on estimate visit. The cost quoted was a little lower than my previous companies estimate. The fitting of the window was quick and efficient. From our initial contact right through to fitting, this is a company that many others could learn lessons from.
We needed five windows replacing and both the front and rear doors needed attention along with another window which was being a pain to close.
The initial visit involved measuring the windows and the quote, we were listened to, not patronised or oversold and it was all very friendly and quick, good price too. The second visit, within two weeks, was the fitting and other work, all finished and tidied away in about an hour or so.
In this day and age a truly pleasurable experience and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
