This review is here hopefully so you don’t have your time and money wasted…..had an appointment booked for a Tuesday morning for my static caravan witch is in Kendal…I live in Manchester so traveled up the 80 miles the night before…rang in morning to be told…”don't know where you got that from, they will be there between 1pm and 5pm “.
Not a problem..They pulled up at 4:35 …only to be told they have broken my replacement glass…seriously why not ring me when they released it was broken…..180 miles round trip a day off work…to be honest there price was a bit high..,managed to find a local independent company that are doing the same job cheaper..,so if you’re in the Kendal area of the Lake District look elsewhere …RE…your response!…I was given a morning appointment…..and the fitter never got out of his van spoke to me with his window down so how did he know it was broken on arrival??…and when Ellie rang me ..the fitter hadn’t told her about the broken glass…cloudy to clown

Cloudy2Clear were very prompt at replying to my enquiry and we set a date for them to come and measure up. They were on time and it only took 10 mins to measure for everything that I’d asked for (new window and new locks on a different window).
From measuring up it took about 4 weeks for the glass to be ready and they came back, installed it and changed the locks on other windows.
Everything was done in very good time and with no mess. I cannot fault them.
They did exactly what was asked of them.

Quick, efficient and professional though tended to be pricey.

The workman who replaced my glass was very careful and did a brilliant job. He also fixed the opposite door which did not close easily after the first glass was replaced. I have recommended your company to friends and family and no doubt will need your services again.

Communication good and quote quite reasonable

Following an initial phone call , a representative called at our address , took measurements , informed us of the cost , very reasonable , an engineer called and fitted the new double glazed unit . Very happy with result .
