Meds lost efficacy, no responsibility
Initially I was very satisfied with over Meds when I ordered 3 months of compounded Semaglutide. However, last year they issued a prescription for 9 months of compounded Semaglutide, which was filled and shipped by their partnered pharmacy at the same time. I had no results the last 6 months of using it, and after research learned this medication loses efficacy after 90 days. Clover Meds will not offer anything to make this right, only informing me that they changed pharmacies. Total pass the buck kind of response. I did not ask for a refund, only to not commit for more than 90 days. It’s a shame bc my experience prior to that order was good.

We’re glad the first several months of your treatment were positive, and we understand your concern about the change you experienced later on. To clarify, your 9-month order placed on March 14, 2025 was filled at that time by our partnered pharmacy, with a beyond-use date extending through December 14, 2025. This aligned with the compounding standards and guidelines in place prior to more recent regulatory updates.
When you reached out to us in April, our team and provider did respond to each of your messages to provide guidance and clarification. Based on your own note that you saw results for the first 6 months, it’s possible that a dosage adjustment may have been needed as treatment progressed, which can be a normal part of this type of treatment.
We also understand there was some confusion around beyond-use dates, especially as pharmacy partners and formulations have changed over time. The medication you received was compounded before newer updates, including changes to formulations and shorter BUD standards now seen with some pharmacies.
We hear your feedback about preferring shorter commitments. To clarify, we do offer flexible plan options, including 1-, 3-, 6-, and 9-month programs.
For longer treatment plans (3, 6, or 9 months), medications are shipped in 3-month increments based on current beyond-use dating standards, and our 1-month option is shipped monthly with the ability to cancel at any time. They at Clover Meds have helped me reach my weight loss goal and I am hoping to continue my journey to losing more than just what I was needing to lose for my knee replacement surgery, I went from 366lbs to 263lbs ,so losing 103lbs was more than enough but I hope to continue to lose more down to 225 would be my next goal and then possibly down to 200 would be my ultimate goal! :)
