Haven’t received my order yet
Haven’t received my order yet, but experienced confusion when asked to verify my plan/products. It was only for three months, asked me to pay - but I already paid for six months. Received a quick response confirming the six month plan I paid for, which was great. Appreciate the responsiveness. Also, I absolutely do not like the authentication process that you have to go through when receiving communications. Hope this helps!!

I think your communication process is cumbersome. I would prefer a password associated with my account rather than a verification code. I would also prefer a more timely response. I have not received product yet so can’t comment on delivery or effectiveness

Clover meds was my choice
Although just now receiving my medications this afternoon and haven't tried them yet, the medication arrived in a very secure styrofoam type freezer box with half freezer bags still some what frozen and the other bags liquid but ice cold. I immediately placed all items in fridge as instructed. After doing thorough studying Clover Meds is the choice I made and I believe thus far trustworthy and I look forward to leaving another review in the future once I've had ample time to try the medications
