Excellent system for organising a lab. Very easy to learn and use, never malfunctions. It has been a life saviour for my research group during Covid times when we had to limit our access to the laboratory. The system was so good that we now continue using it for booking of all kinds of equipment in the group.

Excellent system to organize the use of your equipment. To improve, it only needs a way to track the real use, that is if a person booked an equipment and really used at that time.

We switched our scheduling system to Bookkit last year, and so far, it has been nothing but smooth sailing! Bookkit is much more flexible than our previous system. The options to limit booking times and the usage schedules for lab members are particularly useful for us. Moving our lab to Bookkit was very straightforward, but the Bookkit team still reached out to us multiple times to offer assistance.

There are some areas to improve to make the system more efficient, especially for admin users. For example, the number of "mandatory" fields to fill out when adding new equipment can be reduced. Filling out the manufacturer, model, address, etc., details for every piece of equipment can be a somewhat tedious process for a large lab.

Nice website design and helpful assistance when there was a problem arose. Thanks to Bookkit, now we transfer to the online booking system for our common facilities in the department from paper booking during/after the COVID-19

Clustermarket's Bookkit system is a wonderful aid for coordinating a busy lab with a multitude of shared equipment. The system interface is crisp and relatively easy, however a few items that should be addressed:
1. Calendar bookings: It opens to the last used date by default instead of the current date.
2. Repetitive bookings: The function of booking across multiple days is a nice addition, however if you make a mistake with the initial booking date with repetitions, editing/deleting is NOT a simple process.

The option to book multiple resources at the same time would be a nice addition.

A great app for lab equipment management. Many options, yet intuitive and easy to operate. We use it to schedule lab equipment, manage training and maintenance.
The students and administrators use it routinely, without complaints. 5 stars!

A useful platform to organize laboratory equipment usage schedule.

I've been reached by Hanne Linden, from the Clustermarket outreach team, who really really helped me to streamline our Clustermarket experience for our internal teams. Not only that, but she's been always willing to go further and aid us in any need we might have had, which has certainly aided us to become more confident in the use of the platform to offer our lab infrastructure and services.

Say goodbye to Google Calendar, this is a more elegant way to maintain your lab!

During all this process in order to understand and explain usage of this App, the support from Program manager Morsal Amini, has been excellent. She has been on top of our needs. We have few months using Clustermarket, and support keeps going. Thanks.

We started using Bookkit to manage our return to lab working post-covid, when we have limitations on lab occupancy. It is really easy to set up and use. It works well and any time we haven't been sure how to do something, the team get back to you incredibly quickly with the answer. Without Bookkit we wouldn't be able to work safely. An excellent product and team!
