Clutch - explained the process of selling my car, they were very transparent.
Clutch - Did exactly what they said they were going to do.
If there were minor issues, they resolved them in a fair and speedy manner.
Their customer service is unlike anything you have seen.

Whole process was great, very easy. My only issue was that pickup was not available at my residence, as it meant two people had to drive the vehicles to Barrie popup location.
Employees were great to deal with online, on the phone and in person at the drop off!

The quote from Clutch was the highest one I received. The instructions to drop off my car, along with the paper work were super clear. When I booked my drop off appointment, I was in and out within 20 mins, got the full amount that I was quoted (plus the $100 bonus!) and appreciated my free Uber ride home! And by the time I got home the cash was already in my bank account.

We are seniors and were somewhat hesitant to utilize an online car broker. The offer that Clutch made for our vehicle was substantially more than the dealership was willing to pay. Since ours was a leased vehicle they took care of the payout and we ended up with money in our pocket. The money was in our account within an hour. Simple process and super slick website...as part of the verification process they needed a photo, the app switched me to my phone and then back to desktop once the pic was taken.

My service advisor Wagar was very helpful. I am not good with my cell phone and he handled everything for me. I am very happy with the car.

Efficient work, professional guidance, easy process

We had a great experience with the Ottawa location. Kisha helped us and ensured all of our questions were answered and that we were informed of all of our options. We had a smooth sales (sell) transaction and were paid (electronically) before we even left the office. I'm really thankful for the entire team and for Kisha!

My overall experience with clutch was phenomenal. My vehicle was priced right from the beginning. Obviously you have to put all the right information to get the correct pricing but clutch held their side too. Very efficient and seamless process. It’s even better than the dealership.

Amazing, seamless experience selling my 2016 Honda Civic

I recently used Clutch.ca to sell my 2016 Honda Civic, and I honestly could not believe how seamless and easy the entire process was. I never thought selling a car could be that fast, simple, and stress-free.
