Jason showed on time, gave me a call to let me know he was on his way, and when he got there. From the start he was efficient and knocked the whole job out very quickly. His customer service was awesome. As a person who’s worked in customer service for years, I always appreciate great customer service. Moving is stressful, at least this part made it much easier.

Go anywhere else! Horrible service and destroy your things! Lost critical pieces of my items such parts of my bed and sofa rendering them unusable. The pieces I did receive are very badly damaged. I am getting no help from their Customer Service. Do not make the same mistake I did, this is going to be the most expensive "move" of my life having to replace everything.

I’ve moved four to five times and dealt with various moving/storage companies, and I must say Clutter truly stands out in terms of cost-effectiveness and professionalism.

From the smart storage system that let me upload photos of my items in advance for accurate space estimation, to the movers’ careful packaging of fragile items with boxes and padding—everything felt incredibly organized and efficient. I was also impressed by the ability to track real-time warehouse usage and the transparent, fair pricing.

Scheduling in advance gave me an excellent rate (only around $60–80/month for a 5x10 unit with promotions!), and even pick-up and delivery were free within 6 hours. The entire process was smooth and reassuring.

The communication was was a first for me absolutely loved. When they came in all I had to do was point it out and it was gone I loved it! It went by so fast! Thank you to Marco’s team!

Anthony, Christian, and TRE were the best team I could’ve asked for! I had a lot of stuff and a lot of stairs, and they worked super efficiently, were super communicative and so helpful. They made a stressful moving day into an easy one!!

Avoid at all costs!
This is by far the worst storage experience I’ve ever had. They lost one of my items and damaged my TV, and to make it worse, they insulted me by offering only $27 in compensation. For a place that charges such outrageously high prices, the level of care is shockingly low. Absolutely unprofessional, irresponsible, and not worth a single cent. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.

Rip off! the worse CS, and they charged me $419 + 9 Gas fee to return my items. They do not allow you to pick up or contract a mover. I used this storage foe 4 years starting at about $90 an ended paying $170.00 Terrible! don't walk RUNNNNN away from this company

Its a very terrible storage! They broke my TV and they gave me 27$ instead! And if you want to take one little thing from your storage they charge you for minimum 100 dollar! Never go with clutter!

I hate clutters like I really have to get a lawyer involved they destroyed my belonging, didn't return my bed, and half my items are missing like I'm just over it I would not recommend anyone to storage with them they are so unprofessional and really STOLE my king size bed that my dad brought me before he died which is a $2,000 bed like I can't believe it!!! And if everything is in a unit how did u lose a big bed like that but have my head board and the rails like I'm confused those were the only big things I had in there everything else were boxes smh!!!!! I don’t have none of my shoes nothing or I have one but not the other terrible service!!! And the fact that they only trying to pay me $180 for the bed is insane they also changed my information in my portal saying I had no insurance on my things is just crazy they also changed that in my portal too so that they wouldn’t have to pay me for my belongings smh!!!
