Shitty service
Shitty service. Not even a phone number to contact. Ordered a mk57 upper to replace the original mk57 upper that blew a case inside. So contacted them via email, because they dont have a damn phone number to reach out, they told me I could return it and they would check it out. But when I sent them tons of pictures of the inside of the upper they are trying to say it is the ammo. So I decided screw it I'll just order another so I dont have to deal with the BS with them. You would think being they are the manufacturer they would keep in stock, but apparently it takes 15-30 days to complete a damn order. I should have just ordered one off of buds gun shop for like 200 bucks less and it would have been here already.

A few things I want to address directly:
On the ammunition determination — we understand that's a frustrating outcome, especially after taking the time to document the damage with photos. Our Lifetime Quality Guarantee doesn't cover damage tied to incompatible, hand-loaded, or reloaded ammunition, so our tech team has to review and rule that out before a defect claim can move forward.
On lead times — our upper receivers are build-to-order, and the 15-30 business day timeframe for that category is listed on the product page prior to purchase. Your new order isn't past that window yet, but we recognize that doesn't help much when you're waiting on a replacement for a part that already failed you.
On contact options — we hear this a lot, and it's fair feedback. Email is our primary support channel right now, but we'll make sure your case gets a real look. Please reach out to customerservice@cmmg.com with your order number and we'll get this escalated.
We'd like the chance to make this right.

You all have knocked it out the park the CCMG Banshee 9mm MKG Zeroed 🔥OMG quiet, great grip, trigger balanced and just a beautiful weapon put 1000 rounds and no issues. It was worth the wait thank you for the feed back responding on IG to my questions I have no complaints super satisfied.
Looking at the 300 Black Out next but it’s a lot of competition.

Orders cancelled without prior notice
I placed two orders (#731582 and #731441) during the Labor Day sale. A couple of days later, both orders were cancelled and refunded without any explanation. I only realized this when I noticed the refunds on my card.
I’m extremely disappointed that CMMG can simply cancel orders without informing the customer why.
I suppose it may have been because I had the products shipped to my rented mailbox so that I could pick them up when I return from my travels. However, if that was the reason, CMMG should clearly state on its website that customers are not allowed to ship orders to rented mailboxes and that orders must instead be sent to a home address.
This is not the way to run a credible business.
