The item was a described by seller, well packed for delivery, arrived in good time, great price, perfect condition. Would use again and recommend.

They shipped really quickly but Royal Mail lost the parcel. Although my parcel went missing, they dealt with it really quickly and refunded right away. The customer service is fantastic and I would buy from them again.

I ordered an item on Thursday (loungefly bag) through whatnot and it arrived this morning! I'm pleased with the bag I received. It was well packaged and maintained it's shape through transit.

I ordered a Funko Pop on Sunday.
On Monday, there were no updates.
By Tuesday morning, still nothing—so I sent a message. The response I received was:
“I have asked the Warehouse team to provide any update. We will update you shortly.”

Then, on Wednesday morning, I received an email saying my order was canceled—nothing else.

I sent another message asking why my order was cancelled. The answer was:
“I’m really sorry, but we’ve been trying to locate the Pop! You ordered and unfortunately, it’s not in our warehouse. As a result, I’ve gone ahead and cancelled your order and issued a full refund.”

Almost three days to check that? Why is the Pop listed as available on your website if it’s not in your warehouse?

You offered a 10% discount, but what’s the point of a discount if you don’t have the item I wanted?

By the way, it was a gift for a family member. Thank you very much for ruining that.
