Apparently the gift I sent was beautiful & much appreciated. I was very impressed by the quick response I got from the company when I had to make an important amendment to the delivery address. There were No robots! Much appreciated.

The gift was delivered quickly and my friend really appreciated it. There was a slight mistake with what was originally delivered but it was sorted out quickly after an email.

I bought a personalised retirement gift for our boss and she was absolutely delighted with it, she particularly liked the personalisation on the box. I also had a great experience with Joanna in Spiritsmith when I realised I had put the wrong address for delivery, Joanna sorted this out for us straight away and it was delivered on time. DPD need to sort out their tracking updates. I would highly recommend Spiritsmith for any occasion.

Lovely gift, I ordered a personalised box with gin I did actually change the order from original order and staff were very accommodating in helping me go through options.
Unfortunately when the gift arrive the box had been damaged but a replaced was sent straight out and o received the next day wasn’t expecting it so quickly.

A great gift! It was delivered quickly, came well packaged and the recipient loved it.

The personalised gift box containing wine x 2 was lovely and dispatched to courier very quickly. Only issue was DPD changing date without much notice. Not leaving with neighbour. Then reverted back to original date. Waited in and then didn’t knock. Saw Courier round the back looking for somewhere to leave parcel. I would say change your courier.
