I tried to book an airport lounge pass and it seems almost impossible.
You are sent from one page to another that doesn't work, then back to another and get nowhere.
Why, in this day and age, is it not made easy, do they want you to get fed up and forget the whole thing?
I tried to call the number and was informed that you can't book it through that system, why give me the number when it doesn't actually work???

We moved to Co-op Bank because of their ethical stance. My wife and I are vegans of over 30 years and it was a logical move. The app is easy to use but unfortunately one can’t put cheques in on line which is a disappointment. We are very happy to be with Co-op Bank and would recommend it.
