After sodastream failed to dispatch my order after over a week, I found out they were owned by pepsico and have a bad reputation for mistreating palestinian workers. This subscription is very slightly more expensive, but a more ethical choice and the service was quick and the website easier to understand than sodastream's

Great value for money - I at least feel I am contributing to my health by drinking more water because it is so quick simple and easy to make up a litre of sparkling water. Nice looking kit too. The gas exchange is really helpful to make sure I will always have sparkling water available without lugging gas cylinders everywhere - very cost effective too. I am glad I got this and so would anyone else. Finally I think the customer service has been excellent.

The service is fantastic, 4 fully charged cylinders arrive 2 days after you order them. I have set up for a scheduled replacement service, if I need to order early it is no hassle and no fee for early order, just gas delivered in 2 days. The service is great value, and customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend using CO2YOU.

Great company, easy to use and the customer service is genuinely exceptional. Real people who are friendly, helpful and reply really quickly. Only thing I would like is a "pay as you go" option so you can return canisters and refill without a subscription (with a bit of a discount compared to the one off price!) but honestly I can't complain at all.

So i have to be fair, after a rocky start and poor service, I went to Co2 you with an issue today, we have a subscription for screw fit bottles, the soda machine broke and we have replaced it but the bottles are push fit. Customer service were fantastic this time around and have agreed to simply swap the bottles over on Monday to Push fit no issues at all.
So today I am impressed. Lets see if DPD mange to get the delivery right this time. But i have to be honest, much better service today.

This is an excellent service, ensuring we always have a supply. The collection and delivery service is well managed and communication to delay the next delivery is possible, if needed.
I would thoroughly recommend CO2 YOU.

Fantastic flexible company. So easy to deal with and you can even place and modify orders via WhatsApp. If only more businesses were as easy to use as this.

Whilst looking for a more sustainable solution for renewable CO2 cylinders we were recommended to try CO2 You. It was great to their website that provided options that met our need for cylinders to be ordered as required, and that the cylinders could be reused rather than sent to recycling centres. It was also wonderful to find out that their delivery method was also sustainable. Our delivery arrived on time and we were assisted in also being able to arrange the collection of our empty cylinders that were previously difficult to recycle.

CO2 YOU is a great business. So much cheaper than "you know who". Customer service is second to none and any questions they are always quick to respond. If you are looking for low cost fizz than this is the way to go. I am never disappointed by their service, they always deliver on time and with a smile. I wish more businesses had your model. Thanks

Edited after response - they’re glad I had to end my holiday sooner to get home in time to get the gas I asked not to be dispatched until 2 days later. I’ve found a cheaper no subscription service that lets me control when I get my gas replacements, so as soon as I’ve worked through this gas, I’m cancelling.

After an initial issue with the delivery guy unpacking the bottles prior to delivery, I have been happy with the convenience of the deliveries until this time. The system is that you get a WhatsApp message to ask if the dispatch date is suitable (initially I assumed this was the day I would get the bottles, however, they have always arrived between 1 and 3 days later. If you click yes, that’s the job done - you get an email to let you know the bottles will be on the way on the specific date. This time, however, the date didn’t work for me as I was going to be on holiday. I clicked no, expecting to be offered an alternative, however I had to log into my account to change the date. I did so. I then got an email saying the bottles would be on the way on the original date. I wrote an email to the company and explained the problem but was told that it would be OK, I would receive the bottles on the day I’d selected. I was slightly (rightly) concerned, but figured they knew what they were doing. I then got an email on the morning after the ‘it’s on the way’ date saying the switch would happen that day. Luckily the last leg of the holiday was close enough for us to get home in time.

I wrote to complain about the mess and was first told it was the delivery company who were in error, and most recently the company are blaming me because in the midst of my holiday I used the word delivery instead of dispatch. The fact that I explained the process seems irrelevant. It seems they specialise in gaslighting as well as selling gas.
