regular resupply of the fizz that helps make carbonated water a delight. My only criticisms stem around the reasonably frequent, or so it feels, telephone service going down with no explanation.

Been a costumer for coming up to three years. Great on-time delivery service everytime. I recently replaced my old SodaStream Terra with The Bubba and it’s design is way more stylish and robust. Love the carbonation handle on the Bubbla it feels very well made

No weekend deliveries
Great to have a service that means I don't have to rely on Sodastream, but frustrating that they don't deliver at weekends. Basically impossible to swap the cylinders without having to take them to work and then lug the full ones home again.

Customer Support team not super engaging or prompt, and had issues with their delivery supplier not being here on time and having to reschedule.
Customer Support didn’t really manage to help, not ideal!

Repeated problems over last 2 years…
Repeated problems over last 2 years with inflexible subscription. Now not one but two deceitful fiascos with their chosen (appalling) courier. Been without my order now for nearly a week. Refused my suggested remedy to use FedEx or UPS. Lots of sorry and no solution. Take my evidence based advice - 🚨 AVOID 🚨. Dreadful beyond belief.

Hi there, firstly we want to acknowledge that we hear your frustrations regarding your delivery and this absolutely isn't how we like to operate, and we're sorry for this. We are in the process of rolling out our own delivery fleet in London to manage more of our customer deliveries ourselves in order to provide solutions to this. The reason we have to use certain couriers is around their restrictions with handling dangerous goods, and therefore can only work with ones who handle gas. Have been trying for 5 days to cancel…
Have been trying for 5 days to cancel my subscription. they won’t let you do it online but say you need to phone them and of course they don’t answer the telephone!!!! So Im stuck with a product that I don’t want and paying £44. Also watch out as they sneakily hike their prices at each delivery!

This company has always been great, but the customer service was exceptional this week when we were responsible for a mix up with the delivery company. CO2 responded to our dilemma immediately and resolved it rapidly and in a very friendly, warm manner. If all companies operated like this, the world would be a far better place.
