This is an excellent company. Customer relations are really good. Just pick up a phone and chat about any issue. Brings ease and certainty to keeping a supply of bottled sparkling water.

I have been using this service for a while, really easy to use and to make adjustments and it all happens from the comfort of your home. I have just needed customer services, I hadn't paid my bill (debit card expired and i hadn't noticed), also I was locked out of my email for 10 days so I wasn't getting their reminders and so I am very clearly at fault. I then couldn't change my payment over. C02 for you, were incredible. Patient, supportive & flexible. Thank you x

Great service from CO2 YOU. I have been using their service since October 2023. I usually drink a litre of sparkling water daily and converted to save plastic bottles.

We love our subscription- super convenient and prompt and takes away the hassle of having to find a place to recycle the canisters.

Customer service are very prompt, friendly and helpful—they have been able to accommodate our requests every time we emailed them.

Definitely recommend their subscription service.

Really great product and customer service

Nightmare to cancel if you want to. The minimum delivery was far too often for us. Emailed to cancel (as instructed online), but not processed so they continue to send delivery and charge me. Wish I’d never bothered signing up.

Ordered 4 of the cylinders for my Quooker Cube, perfect fit. I'd asked some questions before ordering, and then made a mistake on my original order, so I had several interactions with the Customer Services team, who were super responsive and very helpful in getting everything sorted out very quickly. They really put the customer first and centre. Makes me highly recommend CO2 YOU!!

It’s great to have your gas delivered from co2 you, you never run out, if see yourself getting low can change delivery date. The delivery swap is really simple I was a bit weary of this but DPD bring the box you give them the used ones they put on the new label and off goes It’s also cheaper than sodastream canisters. The 5th star is for exceptional customer service I was away when delivery was due so they sorted that plus had a problem with changing card on shop app they explained how

There is nothing to dislike about this company! Great value, speedy delivery and a no-fuss service. The cylinders are simple to use, fit my Aarke easily and work perfectly. I would recommend CO2 YOU to anyone.

Easy to install on my Sage, speedy delivery, makes great bubbles! I’m really enjoying cold drinks making among the usual fizzy water!

Amazing customer service and support, cured a number of issues for me without a quibble or complaint. No corporate B*llsh*t here, highly recommended

The canister is easy to fit and it fizzes the water really well. It is so worth doing it yourself as it costs a third of what you'd pay for sparkling water in the shops. The subscription service saves quite a bit of money compared to purchasing just one or two gas cylinders at a time as well. And on subscription, they take the old canisters away and reuse them, which is great.
