Vehicle and driver were great. Arrived early and even waited after we were late getting on the minibus. Lee Hunt was also very helpful and quick to respond to emails and never too busy to answer the phone. The guys and girls in the Operations Team were helpful also. Will book again. Thanks

Many thanks to Lee Hunt & the CoachHire.com team. A great service from start to finish. Clean vehicle, arrived early & the driver was extremely pleasant. Lee was happy enough to accommodate all the last minute changes. Prices were competitive also. Would highly recommend & have already booked our Summer party coach for 2020.

We hired them to transport us from a wedding reception back to a hotel.
Fail!
Four runs between the hours of 930pm and 1230am.
Fail!
We had a contract that was paid up front and driver requested more money to continue past midnight. He never returned.
Fail!
Customer service told us to deal with this two days later.
Fail!

After all this, we are out additional money, time, and have been severely inconvenienced.
Will alter this review if Coachhire.com helps to resolve the above.

Excellent service, on time, clean, competitively priced and really reliable. The coach was really comfortable and the communication with the booking team was brilliant. My group of 20 had quite a complicated schedule but they sorted us out without any fuss.

I would highly recommend CoachHire.com for large group bookings and will definitely use them for future events.

CoachHire.Com is brilliant. Their system, staff, coach facilities and drivers are superb. I highly recommend its excellent service. Lee Charles Hunt is really professional. I will absolutely use their coach service again.

Booked a 22 seater and we got stuck with a 15 seater with an Indian driver that kept trying to convince us that a 15 seater is ok. Most of our luggage was stored on the roof of the car without a tarp to cover despite 3x asking the driver about the tarp which he reassured us that there will be one. Nothing was placed in the end. So much BS to put up with with. Not worth the hassle on vacation. Why would we book a 22 seater if a 15 seater was okay? Better to drive yourself.

I like the fact that they were patient with our booking and flexible when I could not establish group Size.I also like the fact that they were not pushy; it took me quite a bit of time from enquiry to the actual booking. I have not yet taken the journey but so far this company look very promising.

would never use again. We had a party of 35 people and the bus refused to take us back on the return journey and 35 of us were left stranded after paying £1200 for the coach! Apparently damage caused to bus but they was black bags filled with rubbish and toilet roll dispenser had fell off. Basically must have been expected to sit in silence and not move Eat or drink for the full journey.

Booking with Sam was very easy - he responded promptly and made changes to our pick up time as requested. The coach was clean and comfortable and the driver was friendly and professional.

Was a pleasure to deal with, Sam was on hand to adjust our requirements as and when we needed to make slight changes to our booking. The vehicles were a great standard and we were able to transport professional rugby players to and from the required destination with little fuss. Will use again in future years, thanks!

I booked a 20 seat mini coach with additional room for luggage space (1x25kg case and 1x5kg hand luggage allowed per person) for 15pax for 13days use. What arrived was a 15 seat coach +1 seat for the driver. More than half of our luggage was put on the roof of the coach with nothing but a plastic tarp for cover. We stopped 5x in a span of 2hrs along the highway since the tarp kept flying off. Inside the vehicle was tight, in old condition and without air conditioning. Their sales manager, extremely rude, kept forcing us to accept the pathetic vehicle. Only after much argument over 2 days, contacting other managers within Coachhire, were we eventually provided with a minibus. If that sales manager could have gotten away with it, he would have. The new minibus saved the trip but the dishonesty, rudeness and stress experienced while on vacation is just not worth it.

David Roberts has been really helpful on several occasions when I needed urgent assistance and information on bookings departing within the next 24 hours. Can't praise him enough for being helpful on the phone as well as always following up with additional information.

Service was excellent,We will recommend it to anyone.
This is our second year of using Coach Hire and the service are fantastic and reliable and the coach driver last year was very friendly .
This is really good company with great service.

Second year of using Coach Hire and the service and pricing are excellent. The reliable service and friendly coach driver last year made the choice for rebooking again this year very easy. The sales process is super easy and both bookings have been made through Emma Johnston who has been so helpful from start to finish! The event has become an annual fixture so will be back again in 2020!

Emma Johnston has provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure that we have the coaches that meet our needs. responding quickly to any questions we might have. we will use them again.
