I honestly cannot recommend CoachHire enough! I wanted to hire a coach for my wedding to take guests from the church to the venue - and CoachHire were absolutely incredible throughout the entire process!

Not only were they the best value for money by far, but they were incredibly professional and responsive the entire way through the booking.

A special mention has to go to Maddie, who dealt with our booking. I cannot thank Maddie enough. When booking initially, she was so kind and helpful, and was massively reassuring with any questions or queries that I may have had. Then, in the run up to the day, she ensured that she caught up with me to make sure I was happy with everything. In addition to this, she was also excellent at getting back to emails very promptly, which made the process incredibly easy and stress-free.

As a company we have used them a few times when we have been in a bind, and they have helped us out and rescued the situation!

On one particular booking things did unfortunately go wrong, which seemed to be the fault of the transport company rather than Coachhire.com. We had extra costs we then needed to recover. I dealt with Callum, who made the process so simple and always kept us well informed. Things do sometimes go wrong in this life, and it's so important to have this kind of support!

Emma Johnston was super helpful with absolutely everything. This is includes the booking, payment and with our cancellation. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions we had to cancel our trip on the day of and Emma was super helpful with working with the supplier so we could receive a refund for our return journey.

As operations executive for a large tourism organisation, I started using Coachhire.com at the beginning of the summer for large groups of kids and since then I have booked about 30 journeys with them. I was very impressed by Sam's ability to find coaches at the last minute and had no reliability issues. The prices were reasonable and the invoicing accurate. I plan to use coachhire.com more next season as I have confidence they will get the job done within my budget.
