I love my wallet. Holds everything I need it to and fits in my front pocket with no issues. Would definitely recommend their products.

I had an order with a faulty wallet tracker where the beeping don’t work if you was to try to look for it. I’ve send out a email to their support and I was able to get the problem though. They told me to sent them a video of it to review. Later they got back to me and said that a new tracker will be sent out to you and free of charge because for the warranty that it comes with.

I decided to try a Code 118 wallet system because it looked like it checked all the boxes. I also purchased the tracker card for security and wallet extension because I was concerned about capacity. When the products arrived, I was impressed by the wallet design and look, fascinated by the tracker card, and disappointed with how the modular backplate (aka expansion sleeve) was basically a cheaply made thing with little capacity that just tapes onto one side of the wallet. FYI, this also means you can’t use the included money-strap.

I started adding cards and quickly determined that the wallet carrying capacity is very limited, that my AMEX apparently counts as 2…as does the tracker card, and even in conjunction with the additional sleeve, I couldn’t carry all the cards I need to with this solution. For the record, I need to carry 13 cards and with the modular backplate should have had room for 15. The reality is I still had 4 cards in my hand after everything was maxed out. Additionally, the MagSafe position wouldn’t align with the corresponding one on my phone case due to the camera bump out on my Galaxy S26 Ultra. I was bummed but this solution was a bust at multiple levels and everything needed to go back.

Code 118 advertises “45-Day Returns. Easy & Hassle free”. They are full of crap.

First you must email them requesting to initiate a return. Then they demand you send front, back, and side pictures of every item to confirm their condition. This email also is the first time you read that if you have removed the plastic film on the tracker, they will not take it back. This is NOT called out on the website, nor in the packaging to warn you before you’re at a point of no return. I proved this to them with a screenshot of the return policy buried at the bottom of their website, but it didn’t matter. Finally, if you spend less than $100 with them, you also pay for return shipping. It took several emails back and forth before they would provide me with the return address.

Bottom line, you’d better be 100% sure you are going to keep your purchase before you make it, or you’ll be out $$$ with nothing to show for it when all is said and done. Their bait-n-switch easy-to-ridiculous return policy also makes me question other claims on their site like “1M+ happy customers”, “39K+ reviews with a 5-start average!”, and “Unlimited Lifetime Warranty…for any reason - no questions asked….”. This seems highly unlikely considering how they drag you through the ringer and refuse to accept the return of an unused, mint condition, just sold item citing made up policies.

The return process is atrocious. After opening and attempting to use the wallet for about 2 minutes, I could already tell it wasn't what I was looking for and the ejection trigger seems to be made of a very cheap looking plastic material (I assumed it would be metal). I had seen on their website that they have a 45-day "no hassle" return policy, which is why I felt comfortable ordering the wallet in the first place to try it out.
However, when I reached out to them to return the wallet, I received an email full of harsh restrictions for returns stating that the product has to be in perfect, unopened condition in order to be returned and that they expected photos of the product from every angle to be sent to them to prove it was still in this pristine condition before they approve a return. Obviously, I had opened and tried out the product, so it was not in this condition, but how else was I supposed to determine whether or not the wallet was for me without trying it?
After they finally agreed to accept the return (with the condition that they sell had to inspect it before they approve a refund), they provided me an address and expect me to pay for my own shipping costs to get it back to them - no shipping label provided.
In today's e-commerce world, I've never seen a more "hassle-filled" return process. The "no hassle" return policy is a complete lie.

The shipping wasn’t even close to the timeline they gave me when I ordered, good thing it wasn’t a gift. If you order from Canada expect over a month for delivery.
Also, I had to pay an extra 35 COD that was not specified when purchased. My order was # C-912432.

I ordered two wallets with cash trays, backplates, and shipping insurance on March 10th, but the order was never delivered. Despite paying for insurance, the resolution process was an absolute nightmare.

When I first complained on March 30th, Code 118 claimed the package had been delivered. However, the tracking clearly showed it was delivered in an entirely different country.

Instead of taking responsibility for the clear logistical error, Code 118 refused to help and directed me to the shipping insurer, who were equally surly and unhelpful.

I only received a refund a week later after I was forced to threaten a chargeback for non-receipt of goods. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. I'd advise everyone to avoid this company. Total nightmare and waste of time.

Fantastic wallet. I had been using the same trifold wallet for 15+ years and was hesitant to switch. The design is much different than I was used too, but I’m glad I made the switch. The design is more of a front pocket type wallet, but I find it functional to hold the items I need and when paying at a vendor I get comments here and there on the cool design!

The wallet is good, I needed a accessory and it was supposed to be under warranty, which they sent me but charged me a fee even if its under warranty. They sent it to the wrong address. So I reached out to get it shipped to the right address. And still haven't heard back .

Awesome wallet. Slim design fits in my pocket without issue. Love the way the cards 'eject' layered makes grabbing one much easier.

Wallet was received in a timely manner and the design is durable and sleek just as advertised. The cover gives it the extra holding space for insurance, business cards, etc.

Return process is difficult. They refused to honor the return because the plastic packaging material was not in new condition, which is not a listed requirement of their return policy (must have original packaging, but no mention of it being like new). The item was in accordance with their return policy and is in "like new condition." I would not purchase from code 118 unless it's through Amazon.

On April 8th 2026, I ordered a wallet and two accessories from them. When I checked out, they offered additional wallets at a discount price, so I ordered 2 more, then they offered other accessories at a discount as well, so I ordered an additional mag pouch. When I finished they had sent me an original invoice showing the items that I originally ordered, then they sent me an additional invoice with the original items plus the discounted items. I saw that I could add on to this, but I couldn’t subtract anything, so I added an additional discounted mag pouch for a total of 3 (1 at regular price, and 2 at the discounted price). Once again they sent me an invoice showing all the items that were ordered. I reviewed it and confirmed that everything was on there. That was the last time that I did anything with my order (order number ending in xxxxx063). The next day I received an email From them saying the shipment was on its way. When I reviewed the items being shipped, it was missing the 2 discounted mag pouches and the cost had been removed from the total. I called them and they said they had been removed before the order was processed. I never removed anything from my order, they said their system did it. They didn’t say why, they just said they were sorry. There was no offer to re-bill me the money deducted and send me the rest of my order, just an apology. After several emails, there was no intentions of trying to get the rest of my discounted order filled and sent to me. Since they weren’t going to help me, I tried to cancel my order, but they said they couldn’t do that either.

I have 2 code 118 wallets now the bifold case the mag pouch the tracker card needless to say I'm a lifetime customer

Code 118 is great! High quality products with great warranty that stands behind them. I love thier Wallet and have several family members and friends who bought one after seeing mine! I have only bought a wallet but I will eventually look at buying other products they have as well. Highly recommended!

I reached out and this wonderful company not only solved my issue but were so prompt. They answered with kindness and resolve. Great company.

I have been using my Code118 wallet for year, and love it. As my friends see it, they have been getting them as well. Their service and warranty program is the best. Highly recommended!!

I tried several wallets before selecting the Code 118. I tried the Ekster standard, and the Ekster Cardholder Pro. I tried the Simpl wallet. I tried the Ridge wallet. Every one of these is either too thick or difficult to use. The Code 118 is SO Customizable. I use it with either the modular backplate or the Cash clip backplate (depending on my anticipated cash activity). Either way, the Code 118 is impeccably designed to be so accommodating to your needs. The card mechanism is THE best in the business. Trust me on this one! I use the Modular backplate for 1 card that is incredibly too thick for any mechanism. Its a passkey card for a private club and it is twice as thick as a normal credit card. All other cards are beautifully handled by the Code 118 mechanism. The cash carry just with the strap is truly sufficient for quite a few bills. I really love this wallet.
Someday soon, I may even buy another one: The GOLD Code 118 has my eye, and I'm sure it won't be too long that I "pull the trigger"on that beauty.

The worst Ai customer service. Everything I bought broke within a month and they don’t offer refunds. They sell crap and I will never buy from them again.
