Parcel went awal, company told me my insurance id payed for wouldn’t cover it, like wta*!? It finally turned up, but yeah, wasn’t a good experience overall…..I probably wouldn’t but for them again, I’d find a similar product elsewhere….

I am giving Code 118 five stars for their outstanding lifetime warranty and customer service! If you're on the fence with this company I strongly urge you not to be as they live up to their promise as far as their lifetime warranty goes, all you need to do is pay for a small shipping fee for a brand new replacement of whichever product you are returning.

Been a good wallet until it jammed up, had to use pliers to remove cards, fortunately without too much damage.
Disappointed to be honest as was really pleased with this at first!!

Their customer service was outstanding and very couteous. The wallet is a high quality item and built well.

The wallet & bi fold leather case are great I really like them. However I must encourage buyers to look elsewhere: without a customer service phone contact, I could not get guidance as to which parts & pieces would make my perfect wallet; I overbought by 3 the straps and bands; I returned what I didn’t need for refund, following their instructions on returns explicitly; despite several e mail exchanges, no acknowledgement of receipt and no refund. Also CANNOT get their smart tracker card to work; again no customer support. So avoid the aggravation and shop elsewhere

I received my magsafe wallet and reported that the bottom magnet wasn't straight but at an angle. The reply was,

I understand your concern regarding the alignment of the lower magnet. After review, please know that this does not affect the functionality or performance of the wallet, and it will continue to operate as intended.
That said, I completely understand how this may be noticeable from a cosmetic standpoint, and we value your feedback.

For a company to give a lifetime guarantee but send out a faulty product in the first place I would not expect any guarantee would be worth the card they send it out with.
I made a mistake by falling for their bullshit advertising

I have used the Code118 for many years and love it. I never considered trying something different.
I had to use the warranty recently and the experience was 1st class from customer service to fulfillment!!
Top quality product with Top level service.
Customer for life.

Customer service here is a joke. They have this warranty on their junk products and make you pay for when it breaks. Spend a little more money and do business with a better company.

Wanted to get my daughter a Code118 wallet, but her mom and I both ordered one. We had to return one and the support staff made the return easy. Thanks for all the help.

The delivery service was a nightmare but the way they handled the issue is praiseworthy. Their support team was prompt and made me feel like my issue was taken with utmost priority.

I real like my Code-118 wallet and money strap. The strap is elastic and does eventually wear out. I think I got around 3 years of use out of it before I needed to order a warranty replacement.

My son tracking card went dead. I was trying to find a way to recharge it. It said use a wireless charger to recharge. I tried every wireless charge I had and couldn't get it to work. I even try to charge it with my phone and still nothing. I google it and try to watch videos and there reviews was bad for it. Reddit videos said they couldn't even get it to work. And they gave bad reviews. And I notice on this site, they only reviews Code 118 responded to is only the 5 star reviews. Probably the people that work for them send them in for them.

Great experience with my wallet and customer service. Small stitch started coming undone on my leather bifold cover and Code 118 replaced it asap. Appreciate the transparency and fast service. Great job!

I received quick responses with helpful information that successfully solved my shipping dilemma. I had ordered a power bank and wanted it shipped to my PO BOX which cannot be done and was able to change where itcwas shipped to after order had already been placed.

After trying 2-3 different flat wallets, the Code118 is by far the best. I've bought wallets for all of my boys, my brother and a couple of friends. Awesome form factor, easy access to most used cards and amazing customer service, these guys do it all. Highly recommended.

I like the leather cover, helps hold a few more cards.

I bought the wallet, the leather case, and the android location card that is absolute garbage. You cant charge the card, and it runs off Bluetooth. When the card dies it is dead unless they can open it and put another battery in but there is no battery opening. The high quality leather wallet case is actually a super cheap something. The edges look like something chewed off the very edges now that I have used it for less then a month and the worst part is the card holder came not working correctly and put large enough scratches in in a couple of my cards and those cards cost about $100 each. I try to message them with no reply and now that it is to late for me to return them they contact me and want me to pay over $30 in shipping for there lifetime warranty when I have been trying to return them since I got them

Wallet appeared to be good quality, the only issue I had was the Mag Safe connection with my phone was not strong enough with the money strap. I did return the wallet and the process took a little while however the rep kept me up to date for the full return
