Great Product

The entire process was so simple, Cody was very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Surprisingly, good products, I didn’t realize when I ordered that they would be double-sided Printing. Have already re-ordered.

Great price and excellent quality

The communication was great. The products I ordered arrived quickly and were exactly what I wanted.

Product is great as always but shipping took a little longer than it has in the past. I had to reach out because the package got stuck in customs but customer service was great and was able to get the issue resolved and get our order to us.

The products were great as always. However, the arrival was in 3 different packages parsed across a month, and the first package arrived well after the 3-4 week estimate. All 3 packages I received didn't seem to be coming from your business, and looked suspicious, and had a weird description. The Delivery Service you use should be switched. I'm very reticent to do any more business with this company that I had come to love using and recommending. Owner Cody made an attempt to make things right by refunding half the order's cost due to many inconveniences, but the lack of reliability of order, timeline, and communication throughout this process is making me presently put a pause on ordering from Promo by Cody McConnell.

Great product everything was great. It could get done faster and ship faster.

The quality exceeded the price and my expectations. Will buy again!

The design and product are highly effective for marketing purposes. The three-star rating is solely attributed to the fragrance's longevity, which does not extend beyond a single day. Addressing this prevalent concern would undoubtedly elevate the rating to five stars.

Excellent!

The red squares on the stickers came out a dull, almost dull brown tone. As the company prides itself on being able to match colors for its customers, this does not support their brand as intended. The client does not want to use them for their Grand Opening (or ever).

Ordered way in advance (7 weeks)for a convention and literally came 3 weeks after the convention. Asked for some sort of mediation and no response.

Great experience overall! The quality of the products is excellent, everything arrived exactly as expected, and the customer service was very professional and helpful. The custom air fresheners look amazing and the attention to detail is great. Fast delivery and very good communication during the whole process. Highly recommended!

Owner is great. He responds back timely and truly nails it every time. A+

Came out great and the smell was better than name brand
