Promo by Cody McConnell Reviews

The order was almost a month delayed and we did request it to be cancelled before delivery because it was arriving too late and we would not need it anymore. Customer support is not responsive at all and when they answer is one small sentence ignoring all concerns and problems. There is no way to reach to them besides the chat or the email which is useless. They don't own when they fail or when their business model fails, don't apologize nor try to find solutions. they just keep ignoring you until the order arrives so they can say it arrived (even if you reached out 100 times before with no answer). They are not interesting in keeping costumers. Very unprofessional.

Exactly what we ordered - communication & quality was excellent

No issues, everything went smoothly! Would definitely order again

On a casual Instagram scrolling, I came across Cody's lifestyle brand air fresheners. It was an instant "gotcha" and I'm not an impulse buyer. I believe what really got me was the technical innovation that transformed my logo into precisely what the final product would look like. I was able to use other Microsoft products (i.e. PowerPoint and it's Artificial Intelligence functions) to juxtapose the air freshener into my Aventador SV. This became the image I shared with friends and colleagues. There was great anticipation to see the final product which caused me to pester Cody more than I would normally for updates. He remained calm and cool and delivered as fast as he possibly could.

I appreciate him, his company, their vendors and entire team. I immediately tagged the company on Facebook and apparently within minutes created quite a stir based off the phone calls received.

Thanks for the product and I wish you continuous innovation and over-the-top success.

Product looked fantastic. Great price point

I ordered several weeks ago (february) and still my product hasn’t left the fedex building.
I see they are located in California so I am not understanding the shipping hold up.

Ordered Coozies for event in early March website assured me they would be here on time.. A week before the event (past their delivery date) I was concerned and let them know. Was told they would not arrive on time. They refunded my money, but Inthen had to pay twice Cody McConnels price in order to get them
Coozies arrived one week after event, they told me to keep them quality is excellent…. but every event (23 years) have unique artwork and are dated. Not sure if Inwill use them again.

How can you review anything when you haven’t received the order?!!

Communication needs some work. Ive tried to change the scent for my air freshener subscription and i have not heard anything back.

The Cousy‘s I ordered were fantastic, the only reason why I didn’t give five stars is because the shipping took a lot longer than it was supposed to.

The process was easy. The design was completed in a timely manner. The delivery was quicker than expected and the key chains look great.

Very professional, follows through with everything. Answers questions quickly. Highly recommend!

Communication was great.
Delivery was great.
I got the air freshener samples - I do find the scent doesn’t last long. Everything else top tier.

Very helpful with the design, trimming it around the logo better than I had envisioned. Thank you.

I still have not received my product. You’ve taken my money, and I also got a email back on Feb 11 saying my product shipped. Today is March and still no product SMS still no tracking to even see where my product is. I can’t give a review on the product as I don’t have it but as far as the experience so far, it’s not been good

Couple of draw backs with Duties and delivery but all worked out and was issued a refund for the duties. Product excellent got exactly what I ordered!

Very satisfied with their service, communication, price and speed! Thanks again, Mr. Cody McConnell! 👍

Once again the product was perfect!! Our logo looks great on the lanyards!!

Took a little long on delivery but great product

I love the air freshener
