Very friendly service. Team worked swiftly to dispatch my order. It arrived through courier and they'd packed the glasses so well that there were absolutely no breakages. Thank you.

Thank you for your order and kind words - yes, please recommend!
Such a great variety
Such a great variety, I found exactly what I needed to replace a broken Churchill coffee cup in our set, and thanks to the really clear way they have of describing volume I was able to find the exact match (after accidentally ordering ones that were too small from somewhere else). Not cheap, and the prices without VAT are easy to get confused by, but they make up for it with their great selection and excellent packaging.

Thank you for your order and your kind words. We have noted that the ex. VAT pricing can be confusing - we are catering for both business and private customers to we have to show both inc and ex vat pricing. We will look at the design
Quality and style
The products I ordered were of amazing quality. Actually, a bit of a revelation to find that ceramics could be at once so robust and so stylish. It was great to be given a free postage offer, although the products were already excellent value for money. Also great service - I was able to change my order at the last moment, the staff were so helpful and flexible. I'm a very happy customer!

Impressed
I ordered 8 cappuccino cups.
Exceptionally good quality cups, felt nice to hold and kept coffee hotter for longer. I was really impressed and pleasantly surprised as wasnt sure about buying cups online as the price was so reasonable too. Arrived in good time and were really well packaged, so no breakages.
All packaging was already recycled and will be recycled again.
Would buy from coffee cups again and recommend 100%

It would have been 5 star other than…
It would have been 5 star other than the colour variation in the steelite that we bought. We have the same design in coffee cups and other plates but the brown edge on these were much lighter than all our others and I know there can be variations but these are very light compared to all others bought from different outlets

Thank you for your message and your order. The Steelite range you purchased is designed to be rustic and for every item to be unique. This means you can end up with quite a range in the weight of the brown edge. We only purchase first quality items and Steelite have a very high quality bar but we appreciate your point
Love my brightly coloured coffee cups

Unlike other suppliers
Unlike other suppliers, who only advertise 2 dozen supply
Coffeecups allowed me to buy 1 dozen coffee mugs, and at a more favourable rate. Also very delighted with communication not forgetting the quality and professional service. Cups arrived on time as indicated and super packaging. Highly recommend and a very big thank you to Coffeecups 👏
