Grossly Incompetent or Scammers...
Ordered a coffee grinder that was supposed to arrive in 4-6 days, after two weeks I contacted them and they said there was a delay. I waited 2 more weeks and tried contacting them again but I was ignored. I ended up having to report it as fraud since they would not even offer me a refund on it when the order was one month late with no update on arrival time.

Bought Roaster but no email contact or updates
Honestly, Im still in between whether they will fulfill my order or not. I gave them ID and payment info however they dont return emails quickly unless theyre having you pay. will update if I get in contact since I have a order yet to be filled. (1/5 stars)
Edit: I received and email back and the affirmed to me that my order is getting processsed and it was on its way. I received my order today and it looks great Kaleido m1 with tablet.
Not sure if its a consistent thing but they just dont respond quickly and often so for that ill give a 4/5.

Import Delays, Weird Request for ID
I understand there were delays with importing the roaster I ordered. Communication and updates were constant once I contacted someone, but I was turned off by the rep requesting a photo of my ID to verify the purchase as the shipment was crossing the finish line to ship. If this is was a known standard request from the company I would have not purchased this roaster from them in the first place.
Their rep also offered to ship a free coffee bag with the roaster in goodwill but that did not arrive with the shipment.
