Customer service is really good they got back with me in a timely manner.

I was deeply disappointed with my experience ordering from this vendor. Shipping was painfully slow—one of my two units arrived after an unreasonable delay, and the promised raw beans were nowhere to be found, despite being part of the advertised package. Looking back, I regret not exploring other options, whether from a different vendor, a competing product, or even a secondhand roaster from eBay. A quick search reveals how many people abandon home roasting, which explains the thriving used market—and highlights why this purchase feels like such a poor value. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re considering this product.

I was skeptical about their offer. I called several time to confirm reliability. Finally, I ordered and paid the agreed upon price. After the time frame they gave for delivery, the roasting machine arrived and looks great.
They are really a straightforward company.
I gave Coffee roast Company Five Stars, and they deserve it.

Fast shipping and the machine was incredibly well packaged.

Changed my coffee drinking habits forever! Roasting my own beans has been a great learning experience and the Kaleido roaster is doing great work. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but once I got the box in hand, everything was great.

I purchased the Sandbox Smart R1 Roaster and Bean Cooler. The order was shipped and delivered quickly despite being around the holidays. My purchase also came with 5 lbs of green coffee beans, but they did not arrive with the roaster and bean cooler. I reached out to inquire on when I would receive them and was informed they ship separately and would be updated with a tracking number. I did end up receiving the coffee beans a few days later but was never given a tracking number. My experience was really positive but I’m only giving 4 stars due to not getting the tracking number for the coffee beans and no email correspondence to inform me that they would arrive separately.

Easy to use and makes great coffee

Coffeeroast Co. were upfront and truthful about their product. Cost was very affordable. Venzia 2 Deluxe is an easy setup and easy to use. Takes up a lot less room than my other outdated roaster. We at Missouri River Coffee Company have been in business 6 years through thick and thin as some of you know how this business works, it has it's ups and downs. or should I say "darks and lites".Glad they were my choice.

I had doubts about this unconventional company, but they did eventually get me the coffee grinder. I would recommend they use a different courier because for 3 weeks I felt this expensive order was simply in limbo. A most unpleasant experience and one I'm not likely to repeat. For her part Beverly was friendly and did her best.

My order was easy to place and came quickly. The Kinu coffee grinder is so extremely well built and living up to every expectation.

I emailed with a question about ordering and received a prompt reply from Flor. She answered all my questions and was a great help to getting my order processed. From start to finish, ordering was efficient and quick.

A very wide selection of coffee products and almost too unbelievable low pricing. It isn't easy to find the Commandante hand grinder but they had a great selection of colors, which I appreciated.

I was in the market for a coffee roaster that is somewhat difficult to find in the US. The Sandbox Smart R2. There were only 2 authorized dealers in North America and I chose the one who had a slightly better price because after all, this was a higher priced item and who doesn't like a good deal. The ordering process on their website was easy to navigate and offered no unexpected surprises. My order #CRC-1721 was filled and shipped in a timely manner and I was provided with tracking information as soon as it was made available.
But the best part of the transaction was my email correspondence with one of their reps Beverly. She was quick to respond to my questions and was in contact with me every step of the way, including after the sale and during the shipping process. 31 emails between the two of us!
If you are in need of Coffee Roasting Equipment, Coffeeroast Co is definitely worth giving a look. Ask for Beverly, you won't be disappointed!

Dealing with the CoffeeRoast Co. guys was very satisfactory…. a representative (Beverly) replied & communicated quickly & thoroughly when my portafilter/tamper tool was accidentally left out of the ROK GC box by the manufacturer… isn’t it refreshing when you get a timely, caring reply to a problem? I ran into an issue with an espresso grinder that I wanted to purchase and Beverly in customer service was awesome and helped me work through my problem (CRC-1716).

Great variety of equipment for roasting and grinding to compare between, staff was also easy to get in touch with.

I am new to the Espresso coffee world and am excited to jump right in. I received my order from Coffeeroast Co. faster than I expected. I got everything to become a barista at home. I love everything! My order included the Edge Tamp mat, milk steaming pitcher, the deluxe wood set, etched pitcher, temper, milk steaming thermometer, machine cleaner, distributor and the espresso shot glasses. I have used a few of these items before so I am familiar with them but I am excited to own my very own. My husband is equally excited since we will be saving money from running to buy our coffee on the weekends. These products from CoffeeRoast Co. are great quality and I will be ordering more in the future!
