Long delays
I ordered the item weeks before I needed it to give me plenty of buffer time. Then they needed a utility bill or similar to prove my address was real (never had to do that in 10+ years living there). Then I had a problem starting the machine (admittedly a user error) once it finally arrived. So I called asking for support. They said I needed to send in a video showing the problem instead of just letting me talk to someone. Then it took them a day to get back to me just to ask questions that were already answered in my previous communications. Then almost a full day later they finally got back to me with the solution! Could have been answered with a 1 minute phone call. Very frustrating.

Wonderful Roasting Experience
I ordered the Sandbox R1. It came in a couple of weeks or so as their website says. The instructions are quite easy to follow. There are a lot of helpful videos, too. My first roast was quite a success.

Great company - quality products
Coffeeroast Co. is great! I have their G1 coffee grinder and it is so nice. Build quality is great (CNC machined metal) and the adjust grinding feature is awesome as well. Customer service is great too!

Company Requires Copy of ID and Utility bill
Asked for a picture of my photo ID and for a picture of utility bill mail with my address on it. Thats probably the sketchiest thing that has ever happened when I’ve just only wanted to buy something. The problem is that I pleaded with him multiple times, and they would not move forward until I sent them that information.

Wonderful services, the product was delivered really fast, even quicker than the minimum they said in the website and without any issues. The product was perfectly packed so it arrived in perfect conditions, and they also added some replacement parts, which is cool. The customer service was also great. It was hard to find this coffee roaster in stock anywhere without a 3 month shipping delay. Coffeeroast Co shipped it much earlier than expected, PLUS sent a free coffee bean cooler too. Their price was lower than other retailers with the black friday deal and my husband was VERY surprised to get this as a gift. Good service and responsive support!
Well, I revised the review as my first review was a bit unfair. They are based in HI and have no phone support during EST business hours, but were very quick and friendly in their email support.
Shipping was a bit strange as I received the tracking number and it took 2 weeks for DHL to get the shipment picked up and in their system. After that, it was only 5 days until the roaster was delivered.
I would buy here again...
