We came across cognitively focus supplement and decided it was worth trying. We are a neurodivergent family and we have all tak n it now for over a month. ADHD sons mood has improv d greatly, no longer so negative about everything, less reactive and even singing 🤩. Overall the family's mood has improved. More mental clarity and a lot less stress in the household. Would absolutely recommend.

I’m 31 years old and don’t suffer from ADHD or menopause but I often get brain fog which is frustrating in my busy job. I have been taking Cognitively for 3 weeks and have really noticed a difference in my focus and attention, I feel less ‘foggy’ and have been more productive.

My grandson has this every morning and it makes a huge difference to his whole behaviour. I started buying Cognitively 8 months ago for my daughter who has ADHD and struggles to concentrate at school. She's generally more settled with she's had her daily Cognitively Focus shake. We ran out and my daughter was up and down until we replaced them - a week back on and she got 'star of the week' at school for concentration. We are hoping Cognitively will help her to avoid medication, or help us to hold off so she can avoid the side effects for as long as possible.

About a month after seeing a difference in my daughter I wanted to try the 'brain vitamins' for myself. I thought my brain wasn't working as well as it used to because I was sleep deprived from having a baby. That baby is now 5 and my sleep is so much better but my brain still wasn't working as well as it should. I've been taking 3 capsules a day and my brain is functioning so much better and I feel pretty switched on most days. In fact, I'm about to move to a more senior role in a new organisation, something I wouldn't have been able to do without Cognitively.

Delivery came so fast so close to christmas so thank you as I know you are only a small company and it meant i had theese in time for Christmas as a gift for my mum.

I think the product is brilliant. My 12 year old daughter who I suspect has adhd is using it and I note that she seems calmer and happier.
She is not a big fan of the flavour so I blitz it with a bit of milk and she downs it like a shot!!

They do seem to help improve focus and concentration however, this was with taking 3-6 a day.

Taste is not pleasant but not really an issue.

The ingredients are essentially vitamins. I am unsure if my improvement in focus and concentration is a placebo effect.

Far too expensive. I understand this is a business and supplements can be quite expensive dependent on quality but there is no evidence based research as far as I can tell… only subjective opinions from the business owners experience and customers.

This is a really good product and born out of a need to offer an alternative to medication. My daughter now has an alternative to medication that seems to be working for her. Well done Sharon 👍

In first week seems to be doing the job ....taking less tablets now as a result which is good so let's see what happens.still have anxiety I'm taking 3 a day not sure if you can take in evening or before bed though .

I have been taking this for two weeks or so now and have to admit i am starting to feel more clarity and less brain fog. My sleep has changed drastically and i actually feel as though i have slept when i wake up in the morning.

I bought this after seeing this on TikTok for my 5 year old daughter who has ADHD. Medication isn’t something we want for her so I was so glad to find this alternative. Her focus has improved so much, as well as her emotional regulation (don’t get me wrong we still have meltdowns) but compared to before taking this there has been a vast improvement. Her school work and reading has come on leaps and bounds and she just seems so much happier in herself. It has also completely eradicated her restless legs and limb pain which would keep her up at night! I can’t recommend this enough & continue to tell anyone who needs to know about it! Iv just ordered the adult capsules for my husband but awaiting on their arrival. Thank you so much for producing this! It’s been a life saver!

My nine year old son has ADHD and after several failed attempts at prescribed medication - some with awful side effects- we were all struggling and felt beaten into watching him struggle through his school life ☹️. The TikTok gods must have been watching as a video came onto my feed for Cognitively- the family story really resonated with me so we thought we would give it a go. My son’s milk allergy was not an issue as we mix the powder with oat milk- he loves having a tasty chocolate milk shake with breakfast too- and it really works!! A bag goes a long way too.. Within a week or two we were noticing massive differences at home and in school.. I have recommended this to everyone! Couldn’t recommend this more!

I’ve been taking these for a few months now and notice a clear difference in focus. Great company to work with that is working to make life a little easier for those of us who struggle with ADHD.
