My son is feeling the benefits already from only using focus supplements for a week.

Capsules for kids would be a great product to offer, not all my children enjoy taking the chocolate powder.

My 11 year old daughter has ADHD and finds focusing on tasks, particularly in the school environment, very challenging.

I started giving her Focus powers around 3 weeks ago and noticed quickly her fidgeting seemed to have stopped and she just seemed calmer and to be able to get on with day to day tasks without becoming overwhelmed.

I had initially assumed this was just wishful thinking on my part. However, when she returned to school her teacher and friends also noticed she wasn’t fidgeting nearly so much. She then proudly showed me her "to do" list for her school work that week which she had not only written but completed.

These seem like simple things but to her they were huge! The difference in her ability to organise herself and complete tasks are tangible and the reduction in the anxiety these tasks normally cause is such a relief for her.

The difference in my daughter since starting the Focus powders, has been equally as surprising as it is amazing. She can focus at school, complete tasks, is less overwhelmed, less anxious and just generally getting on with life and enjoying being an awesome kid.

Quick delivery and my daughter loved the taste and making the drinks herself. I also think it helped her concentration at school. Sharon also answered and questions I sent. Overall brilliant!

I dissolve the powder in milk every morning for my 13 year old daughter before school. She notices a difference in how she feels on the days she drinks it and on the days she doesn't. We cannot be certain if the minerals and herbs themselves are effective, but what I can say with certainty is that my daughter gets alot of comfort out of this product. She feels like she is taking control of her symptoms and I feel like I am taking some proactive action to supporting her.
The powder is easier to take than pills and it tastes like chocolate.. total bonus.. who doesn't like chocolate for breakfast?!

I have come across a lot of these from different organisations recently, to be honest, this is the most sensitive one I've seen but still problematic and extremely threatening considering biotechnology.

The problems with all of these is you are all founded on a platform of discriminatory ableism reinforcing cultural prejudice and social biases, and worst of all, promoting the work and ideology of Francis Galton to start a racist discriminatory Eugenics Movement 2.

Another problem is you are all full of statistical fiction, you are not a natural science. Let's look at how your statistical methods work, 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 = 10, 10 ÷ 4 = 2.5. Oh my, that's really confusing, have you ever been to a household with 2.5 children? There's no such thing, by Adolphe Quetelet's own admission, the "average man" is the "impossible man", your work is based on something that doesn't even exist.

Another problem with all these is they are in direct violation of the scientific method meaning they are not scientific. Good, bad, desirable, undesirable etc... are all opinions and points of view, science is not allowed to be based on opinions and points of view. The concept of "normal humans" is the exact cause of the hundreds of diseases and Disorders on this earth. Your work based on "normal" is based on social biases, in the DSM-1 you classified homosexuality as a pathological disorder all because it didn't fit your statistics and social norms.

Allow me to show you something else about your ableism.

The Neurodiversity Movement is a political movement, it is parallel with psychopathology, your work is discriminatory and political just like the racist Eugenics Movement.

There is no "typical/normal" brain, all brains are diverse.

Ultimately, market-driven velvet eugenics embodies a similar goal of purging unacceptable human variations that campaigns to eliminate the supposedly unfit and inferior have held in the past. Both enact a mandate to exclude people with disabilities from coming into the world.

Many of us can see you are blinded by the mythology of normality and not educated, if you were educated you would know you are attempting premature extinction of humanity and produce more diseases. Do you think it's a coincidence the epidemic of disorders did not exist until after Francis Galton standardised a diverse species creating the fictional normal human your work is based upon?

The product is great, it has really helped my son. He is sleeping much better and seems more settled.

SO glad I discovered this product on TikTok! After taking the capsules I feel that I can accomplish my lingering to-do-list, and I do! I am focused on what I truly need to be doing without procrastinating and also I find that I am sleeping better without my mind going 100 mph. The TikTok videos are so relevant to my day-to-day life which makes me not feel so alone when I do struggle to focus. The website was easy to navigate and it was such fast delivery thank you!

Great product really helps my son calm down we can see a big difference

I have to admit I was a lit dubious of this product actually doing anything, my 8 year old started a week ago and since then the school have asked what in earth happened over the weekend. He is still being his usual 8 year old self. But his normal ability was averaging 4-5 questions in lessons this week he has been on average 10+ bonus work. Which he has never done. This stuff it magic! Can’t recommend enough I’m so glad I gave this a try and he says he feels happier too

An amazing story, a fabulous product. So, I bought Cognitively Focus for myself last month and it’s definitely supported me with my ADHD symptoms. I was diagnosed with ADHD earlier this year and I decided not to medicate because of the potential adverse effects and long term useage. Cognitively has supported me with everyday functioning. I’m more productive at work, I’m accomplishing things I’d usually put off - including writing this review! I now feel able to take the steps to improve (not fix) the elements of my life that have been so drastically impacted by having undiagnosed ADHD for 37 years. Like anything, it’s not a magic pill (currently powder) that you take, and hey presto you’re ‘better’ but it certainly helps you on the way and let’s face it - we all need a helping hand! I’m elated that it now comes in capsule form, as I hate the taste, hence why I didn’t give 5 stars, sorry! I’ve just ordered my second batch, including the version for kids for my son. I would highly recommend this product to help support with the rollercoaster ride that is ADHD!

I stumbled across Cognitively on TikTok and decided to give them a try. I was struggling with “feeling flat” which led to unproductivity, and more crippling anxiety. I can’t believe the difference I have felt from just a few days of taking them. My brain fog has gone, I feel energised, productive, calm and much more positive. I have eight year old identical twins - and I came across Cognitively on Instagram. What struck a chord with me was that it was created by a mum for her daughter who was aiming to support her child as much as she could, like myself.
If I forget to make their milk and Focus in the morning, they will prompt me to do so! The simple yet effective name gives them the belief that it will help them at school and they love the taste.

My daughter found this product on the internet at the time when her A levels were going to start. As it was developed by a mother I wasn’t that apprehensive so I told her we’ll give it a go. Wow what a difference.
She was so exhausted that she couldn’t remember what she was revising and studying and exams round the corner. When she started focus after a few days she was able to concentrate for a longer period of time. Also she wasn’t exhausted and lethargic as before hence she could do the study work. After a few days of her taking it I contacted Sharon to ask how long does this product take to have an effect. She replied very quickly saying that probably a week and that you’ll notice the difference when you skip it . Absolutely true. My daughter did not take it for a few days and the difference is noticeable.
I’m now giving it to my husband as well as he has a very stressful job.
The only downside is the price as for 2 people it’s a bit pricey so I’ll give it to them when they need it when really they should have it continuously.
If you’re a parent at your wits end and tried everything for your children to concentrate and feel less exhausted all the time even after sleeping please use this product.

I am a 41 year old female recently diagnosed with ADHD. I didn’t want to go down the medical route without trying supplements first. I cannot believe the difference in how I feel, I am so much more productive with so much more energy. My ADHD made me chronically exhausted so staying awake after 7pm was impossible. Cognitively has literally changed my life. I know that might seem like a dramatic statement, but it genuinely has. I have ADHD and really struggle with tiredness and just feeling “stuck”, unable to complete housework, get work done etc and I’m currently training to be a lawyer so as the coursework builds up, the worst the overwhelm gets. Cognitively completely changed this. I woke up on the second day of taking it, and my brain, was ✨ quiet ✨ for the first time in about 5 years, I could think straight, I felt on the ball, I organised my day and managed time well and I was energised. My productivity levels have skyrocketed, I am calmer and feel more able to deal with day to life and all its challenges, and I have the energy to play and keep up with my 2 daughters. Honestly 10/10 for me.
